ISSUES IN MARRIAGE.
Communication refers to the exchange of information,
ideas, thoughts or messages between individuals or
groups through verbal and non verbal means.
Communication can involve various channels such as
speaking, writing, body language, gestures and facial
expressions. It is a fundamental aspect of human
interaction and plays a crucial role in building
relationships, resolving conflicts, sharing knowledge and
achieving collective goals. Effective communication
requires clear expression, active listening and mutual
understanding between the communicators.
Poor communication can lead to misunderstanding,
misinterpretations, and breakdowns in relationships and
organizational efficiency.
Marriage is a legally recognized union between two
people who make a commitment to each other and share
their lives together. The specifics of marriage can vary
widely between cultures, religions and legal systems.
Marriage is a wonderful institution where two
individuals come together to form a long life bond of
love, trust and companionship. However like all
relationships, marriage s also faces challenges. One of
the most common challenges that married couples face
is communication issues.
Effective communication is the foundation of every
healthy relationships , especially in marriage. It enables
the couple to express their thoughts, feelings, and
emotions thus creating a strong bond and respect.
However, when communication breaks down,
misunderstanding, conflicts and unhappy marriage are
the results.
Communication issues can stem from a variety of
sources such as different communication styles,
personality differences, cultural differences and past
experiences. Communication is a critical component of
any marriage. Issues can arise when couples struggle to
express their feelings, needs and perspectives to each
other.
Therefore, it is important for couples to recognize and

There are several types of communication in marriage.
These includes:

empathy and ability to express oneself in a constructive
and respectful manner.

and unrealistic expectations. Some of the most common
causes of breakdown in marriages are:
