Agile Scrum Notes

Scrum is an agile framework that uses short iterations called sprints to incrementally develop products. It defines roles like Scrum Master and Product Owner and ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The development team works in sprints to deliver increments based on the prioritized product backlog defined by the Product Owner. Artifacts include the product and sprint backlogs and the increment of work completed each sprint.

What is a Sprint
A sprint is a time-boxed, fixed-duration iteration in Agile project
management methodologies, with Scrum being one of the most popular
frameworks that uses sprints. During a sprint, a development team
works on a specific set of tasks and goals to produce a potentially
shippable product increment.

SCRUM Artifacts
Product Backlog:
A dynamic, prioritized list of all features, enhancements, and fixes that
need to be addressed in the product.
Managed and prioritized by the Product Owner.
Reflects the evolving understanding of the product and its requirements.
