Week 2: Healing Connections, Stress Management, Self-Esteem Boosting Techniques, Self-


Development, and Self-Concept Unmasking

What Stickered Out: - Self-Concept: It was insightful to see how our perception of ourselves
affects our attitudes, actions, and relationships with other people. It helped me understand how
crucial it is to have a positive self-image.

- Unmasking nature: It was a potent idea to peel back layers and discover one's true nature via
the process of unmasking oneself. The importance of self-awareness and self-acceptance was
underlined.

- Techniques for Increasing Self-Esteem: Acquiring useful techniques to raise self-esteem was
beneficial. It went from making positive affirmations to establishing and accomplishing doable
objectives.

- Coping with Stress: Acknowledging stress as a natural part of life and acquiring useful coping
skills gave rise to important resources for both professional and personal development.
- good partnerships: It was enlightening to examine the limits and communication that
characterize good partnerships. It emphasized how crucial it is to cultivate wholesome
