Labourers need wages to satisfy their wants
and needs.

However, when a person get to a very high
position and his wages/salary increases
highly, the number of hours he/she works
may decrease. This can be shown in this
diagram, called a backward-bending labour
supply curve. CEOs and executive managers
at the top of the management tend to have
backward-bending labour supply curves.
