    This is to CERTIFY that NEW ABACHANAN AGRARIAN REFORM


    BENEFECIARIES COOPERATIVE is duly organized and registered with the proper agencies
    of the Philippine Government, and is represented by LORETA N. LADRA the President, has
    declared to renew business located in this barangay.

    THIS FURTHER CERTIFIES that the nature of the business does not destroy the moral
    values of its residents especially the youth and the children, nor does it cause the breach of peace
    and order and harmony in the barangay, nor endangers the safety and health of its constituents,
    nor unnecessarily destroys the environment to the detriment of the residents thereof.

    THIS FURTHERMORE CERTIFIES that the applicant has paid the amount of FIFTY
    PESOS (Php 50.00) in consideration thereof by virtue of Barangay Ordinance No. 1 series of
    2020, and that all pertinent ordinances of this barangay are hereby complied with and shall
    henceforth be observed with due respect and obedience to the local authorities.

    THIS FINALLY CERTIFIES that the issuance of this Business Barangay Clearance is
    pursuant to Section 152 “c” of RA 7160 wherein the city/ municipality shall never issue any
    permit or license for any business or activity unless a clearance is first obtained from the
    barangay where such business or activity is located or conducted.

    GIVEN this 6th day of January 2022 at barangay Abachanan, Sierra Bullones, Bohol,
    Philippines.
