    RESOLUTION NO. 2023-02-13zy

    “A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING HONORABLE


    SENATOR FRANCIS N. TOLENTINO, SENATOR OF THE 19 TH CONGRESS,
    SENATE OF THE PHILIPPINES TO ALLOCATE BUDGET FOR THE SOLAR
    STREET LIGHT OF BARANGAY SAMPOLI-B DIPLAHAN, ZAMBOANGA
    SIBUGAY.”

    WHEREAS, Solar Streetlight are designed to absorbed energy during the day. This energy is
    issued by the off-grid system to power LED lighting during the night. The solar panels start
    working as soon as the sun is up while the LED automatically switches off after the sunrise.
    The process is reverse when the sun goes down.

    WHEREAS, it is imperatively needed by the constituents of Barangay Sampoli-B, Diplahan,


    Zamboanga Sibugay and it will be convenient for them as well as to the Barangay, in
    alleviating the budget allocation for electricity knowing the fact that it’s less hazardous from
    electrical failures, and maintenance to bill consumption. By having this, more safety to our local
    subject to be prevented away from unavoidable circumstances such as but not limited to, fire
    hold-up and stealing, etc.

    WHEREAS, the 20% of the Barangay Development Plan is not enough for the allocation of this
    Project, the assistance from you Honorable Senator Francis N. Tolentino, Senator of the 19 th
    Congress, Senate of the Philippines for this project, for the Barangay has also limited funds for
    the implementation of other priority programs, projects, and activities.

    NOWTHEREFORE; on motion by. Hon. Erlinda M. Baclas Barangay Kagawad and


    unanimously seconded it was,

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOVED; to pass a Resolution Respectfully Requesting


    Honorable Senator Francis N. Tolentino, Senator of the 19 th Congress, Senate of the
    Philippines to Allocate Budget for the Solar Street Light of Barangay Sampoli-B, Diplahan,
    Zamboanga Sibugay”.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnish to, Office the Municipal
    Mayor, Office of the Municipal Vice Mayor, Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan Members,
    Office of the MLGOO, all concern Offices for their Information and Appropriate Action.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED;

    this 17TH day of February 2023 at Barangay Sampoli-B, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay.
