ORDER

Accused, through counsel filed a Motion to Allow Accused to Attend the Wake of
His Grandmother, stating among others that he wishes to pay respect to the wake of his
grandmother who will be buried this coming 26 November 2023 at Sitio Ibabaw 1,
Dulumbayan, Teresa, Rizal.

In the interest of substantial justice and for humanitarian reasons, the same is
hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, accused Joshua Malaki is hereby allowed to ATTEND
the wake of his grandmother on 26 November 2023 from 9:00 o’clock in the morning
to 12:00 o’clock in the afternoon at Sitio Ibabaw 1, Dulumbayan, Teresa, Rizal.

The accused shall be accompanied at all times by at least two (2) Jail
Guards/Escorts and provided that from the time accused and her escorts leave the Tanay
BJMP, Tanay, Rizal to the time that he is brought back to his detention cell, no more than
three (3) hours shall have elapsed and in no case should they be back in jail not later than
12:00 o’clock in the afternoon of the same day.

The Jail Warden of Tanay BJMP, Tanay, Rizal is ordered to SUBMIT to this Court
a report within seventy-two (72) hours indicating therein that the conditions set forth in
this Order shall have been properly complied with.
