    What is environment?

    Environment is a natural world, as a whole or in a particular


    geographical area, especially as affected by human activity.Why the environment is
    important to us? Environment is important to us because it includes living things such
    as: animals and plants and also includes non-living things, for an examples: water, air
    and sunlight. It includes basic biological needs. But nowadays the number of times
    the environment is destroyed is more and more alternating. It effect human quality of
    life and physical health.

    Destroy the environment will cause many of effects that harm to human body, such as
    air pollution.The main origin of air pollution is burning fossil fuels releases gases and
    chemicals into the air. Air pollution will cause irritation in the eyes, lungs, nose, and
    throat. It creates respiratory problems and exacerbates existing conditions such as
    asthma and emphysema. When continually exposed to air pollution, humans become
    at higher risk for cardiovascular disease.Second, it will cause water pollution, water
    pollution will cause in river, ocean, lake and other water bodies. Water pollution will
    cause because of human always throw rubbish such as plastic, cans, oil fuel and
    others.Water pollution will influence water quality standard and also increase the
    death of marine life.

    So, as a student, we should learn how to protect and do our best to save the
    environment. We can learn how to save the environment through internet. There some
    ways to save the environment. First,we can control the consumption of
    electricity.Most of the powers that we consume are not renewable energy sources.
    While cold weather we should turn off the air conditional and just turn on the fan;
    must remember to turn off the power after we done using something such as iron
    clothes, charge handphone and others. This litters looks like nothing but it can helps
    to save the environment and also support climate actions.

    Second, we should reduce to use paper because paper that we use comes from trees.
    The more paper is used, the more trees are felled, so it will cause global warming. To
    save our environment, we should make good use of technology use less of paper. By
    doing so, we would reduce the demand for paper which invariably leads to less tree
    cutting. We should also learn about 5R, which are the short form of reduce, reuse,
    recycle, refuse/reject and repair/reform. This methodology can reduce the waste and
    recycling efforts will minimize landfill waste and help recycling program to the next
    level. This action can help to protect our environment too!

    Third, we should prepare our own recycle bag beside us, we can use it when we buy
    something in grocery store or supermarket.We should reduce the number of times of
    using plastic bag because plastic bag is indecomposable things and it will cause water
    pollution when people simply throw it into sea.Then, we should also bring our own
    water bottle to school. Furthermore, we can also plant more tree. This is a classic way
    to save the environment from extreme climate change as they are one of the cheapest
    ways of reducing CO2 from atmosphere.Tree can also absorb carbon dioxide and give
    off oxygen.

    Protecting the environment is everyone’s responsibility. We should work together to


    protect the environment, regardless of gender. We cannot destroy the environment for
    convenience. Now that the climate is getting worse and worse, as a member of the
    earth, we cannot ignore it, but should face and solve this problem. So that the people
    can live healthy and happily.We should also cultivate the ways to save and protect
    environment since young cause it’s a good habit for us.
