followed by the providers. We also do a regular benefit review to gauge if the programs are effective and
helping the company reach its retention and productivity targets.

To help us execute the benefit program, we assign at least four (4) dedicated account officers who will
ensure that the needs and requirements of each employee/dependent is met as fast as possible. Keyman
understands that Time is the single most important resource in implementing a truly responsive benefit
program. And that’s where having four dedicated account officers will work to your advantage. With less
administrative tasks at hand, HR leaders can focus on their most important goals immediately.
✦ CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER - ensures that the program is implemented as designed. Process
LOA assistance, enrollment of members, cancellation, claim approvals, reimbursements, annual
checkups, schedule executive checkup, updates list of providers, sends monthly bulletins, weekly
reporting of member movement, quarterly reviews, customer-feedback, and program evaluation.

✦ BILLING OFFICER - checks accuracy of billing statements before sending to client. Arrange credit
lines for clients up to 90 days on a case-to-case basis. Process reimbursements, refunds, and credit
memos. Works hand-in-hand with the client’s treasury department to ensure correct SOAs.
✦ RENEWAL OFFICER - responsible in ensuring that the cost of the benefit programs do not
increase year after year. Creates a system of safeguarding the program to avoid mis-use or abuse thereby
minimizing the likelihood of a rate increase the following year. Six months before the program expiry,
the renewal officer will already provide a detailed report of the projections and rates forecast.

the 30 health insurers, 20 life insurers, and over 30 non-life insurance providers. We already do the vendor

This means, by getting just Healthcare program from Keyman, the client can already have the other three
(3) services for free. Our health benefit program has a built-in group life insurance, financial wellness, and
admin services in ONE!
We have a comprehensive healthcare program that covers all necessary medical benefits with optional
clinic manning with retainer doctors and nurses. The Group Life and Accident insurance is a built-in rider
to ensure that the employees are protected for any untoward incident. The Financial Wellness benefit
comes as a free one-on-one consultation with employees with regards to savings and asset preservation.
And of course, any benefit program is incomplete without the effective administration of its services.

needs of our customers. What is unique with Keyman is the flexibility of having not just one provider for
the healthcare program but a combination of two or more providers/insurers. Thus making our programs
truly effective and can resonate with the specific requirements of our clients.
With Keyman, we can easily combine programs and or mix and match to ensure that all segments of the
employee population is catered to: extended dependents, overaged members, same-sex couples, in-laws,
etc. Often, we come up with tailored benefit designs to address the needs of customers and we provide
the flexibility of choosing a different provider/s to ensure that all the requirements are met successfully.
Since we are not just limited to one provider per account, our customers enjoy the best programs/
packages/promos from all the accredited partners at any given time. This allows our customers to take

Some of the unique program combinations are: Full-Risk HMO plus TPA, HMO plus prepaid cards,
HMO+GLI+TPA, HMO+prepaid+other benefits, HMO+OP meds+ECU, and others. We also have Senior
Dependents (Overaged) program where employees can enroll their parents who are more than 65 years
old to a prepaid card system.
