    Dear Saudi Geophysical Rig Contract Employees,

    we want to thank you for all your patience regarding the first couple of months of this Rig Contract.
    As discussed with many of you, Saudi Geophysical is growing and we are trying to improve our
    processes with all of you. Currently implementing mechanisms that will allow us to operate more
    efficiently, especially in reference to logistics, paperwork, timesheet management and payroll. We
    still need to improve but things are going much faster and smoother with each of you so again thank
    you for your patience.

    We will also ask for everyone to be respectful when dealing with any department in Saudi
    Geophysical. Notifications have been sent to Saudi Aramco for employees acting disrespectfully. This
    is not tolerated by any means, and termination will happen under Labor law processes.

    The office team is growing to support your needs and due to the number of people coming on board
    and now active on our contract, these are the following emails for specific items.

    • For new employees: please send an email to timesheet@saudigeophysical.com to get the timesheet
    format and any assistance regarding the timesheet procedure.

    • Please forward all your timesheets to only timesheet@saudigeophysical.com signed at least by Rig
    Foreman with a copy of DRSS. Rig foreman, please obtain signatures from your superintendents, this
    will facilitate payment. Also, any query about, salaries, timesheets.

    • Any query about, pay slips, any other HR matters please send your email to
    admin@saudigeophysical.com.

    • Any query for logistics or transportation requests, please request by email before at least 2 days of
    the transportation time to transportation@saudigeophysical.com coordinate with Mr. Sulymane Ali
    0552822329 If your request will be during the weekend please try to send it during the business day.

    • Any query regarding the flight bookings, IDs please send your request to
    velappan@saudigeophysical.com . For urgent matters only, please contact Mr. Mubassir on
    mubassir@saudigeophysical.com 0138873375, cell phone number 0554208714.

    It is your responsibility to email the queries ahead of time. We have received many calls from people
    at the airport without the correct documentation. Also note time differences, we are working 24/7
    however planning on both sides is important for correct execution.
