A copy of this briefing must be left with the driver and a record of the briefing is passed to the Induction and Orientation Coordinator for
the site records.
The following site rules are mandatory whilst visiting the project
All delivery drivers must wear PPE if they leave the cab.
Mandatory PPE is:
Safety Helmet
High Visibility Jacket or Vest (Class 3)
Safety Footwear (incorporating toe and mid-sole protection
and providing support to the ankle)
Gloves (specific to the work activity)
Light Eye Protection incorporating prescription lenses where
necessary
The hazards you need to be aware of on site that could affect you
are:

Do not drive with tipper body raised, dipper arm raised or Hi-Ab
arm extended
No one will work from the back of a lorry or any other vehicle
unless there is suitable edge protection in place. If other forms of
fall protection are to be used, site must have been informed in
advance of the delivery to ensure that sufficient space is available.
The general site speed limit is 5mph You must not exceed this
limit at any time
By signing the Orientation Record Form, you accept your acknowledgement of the above instructions.
Display your induction pass each time to come to site.
