MONGOLS MC SAN ANDREAS BY-LAWS

These By-Laws can be changed only by a Presidential vote at a state President’s meeting.

A. New laws can be added only as long as they do not conflict with old laws.

B. Old laws cannot be removed unless voted on by a Church Meeting and approved by the
President, then formally recommended and voted on at a state-level President’s meeting.

C. All Members and Prospects shall abide by these by-laws.

D. Anyone intentionally violating these by-laws may face disciplinary action.

E. Any By-Laws, dated prior to August 2022, are invalid and all copies should be destroyed
in order to maintain uniformity throughout the club. No copies shall be distributed to
prospective members or anyone who does not hold a top rocker.

F. All By-Laws are to be upheld concurrently by the following chapters:

PREFACE - GENERAL REGULATIONS

Article 1. Mongols MC will be your ONLY active Club. Any knowledge of

you being in another Motorcycle Club will result in automatic termination of

colors.

Article 2. Brothers shall NOT fight each other with weapons. Should any

Mongols MC Member fight a brother, it must be one-on-one, and under

supervision of their chapter Sergeant at Arms, Enforcer, or Regional Officer.

Strictly no fighting in colors.

Article 3. Notwithstanding the National Constitution: Section 11 Articles 7

and 8 on a National scale, In the event you are arrested for any crime, contact

the Secretary to arrange for bail and/or legal representation on a chapter level.

Article 4. Each patch holder is always to retain a valid driver license.

Article 5. All members must ride Western or LCC motorcycles. Consideration

MAY be given to members ‘in-between’ bikes. Approval by chapter President.

Article 6. If a member is unable to ride for thirty (30) days or more, their

patch will be taken and then returned once they are able to ride again.

Exclusions: Members in jail, prison and/or the hospital.

Article 7. Club business, and anything said in Church must NOT be talked

about to ANYONE that is not a patched member, without prior approval from

the chapter President.

Article 8. During a funeral, you may not carry a passenger. Patches must

always be seen . Black face covering is mandatory while riding.

Article 9. Church is held at minimum once a month and should be considered

mandatory. Missing 3 sessions in a row without giving sufficient notice or

reasoning is grounds for removal. In the event you are unable to attend

Church, you may proxy your votes to another member of your choosing.

Article 10. There will be NO stealing among brothers.

Article 11. If a brother is addicted to a substance, and begins to harm the club,

an Officers meeting will be held and will decide the course of action. The State

Representative for Mother Chapter must be notified of meeting outcomes.

Article 12. Upon acceptance as a new Prospect, the Chapter will take legal

ownership of the Prospect’s motorcycle until the completion of his

Probationary Full Member stage. If the Prospect or Probationary Member

leaves the club before the end of the Probationary status, their motorcycle(s)

are considered club property and will be returned to the Chapter.

Article 13. The minimum number of members in a chapter shall be FIVE (5).

If a chapter drops below this minimum number, Nomads may be transferred in

or full-patches may be awarded to new members on the approval of the State

Representative in order to fill the chapter to the minimum required strength.

CHAPTER MEETINGS

Article 1. Chapter Meetings (church) shall be held on the frequency set out in

Preface Article 9.

Article 2. Church votes are FINAL. Members may NOT go against, and/or

disregard a decision made at Church Meeting. The President shall have the

right of Final Word on all votes through his veto privileges.

Article 3. If a vote is taken and a member is not there, they may proxy their

vote. If they do not proxy their vote, their vote will be considered void.

Article 4. All meetings will be closed to anyone without a full patch.

Article 5. All meetings are run on a parliamentary basis. Members will be

evicted for unruly conduct, fines apply at the Sergeant’s discretion.

Article 6. Quorum for Church is sixty (60) percent of chapter membership.

Article 7. Everyone must attend Church on their bike unless their bike is out

of service.

Article 8. All members and prospects must be wearing colors on arrival and

for the duration of Church meetings. Exceptions only given under Code 55 or

by home chapter President.

Article 9. Mother Chapter members (excld. Temporary members i.e; Regional

Officers) shall have full voting rights at the home chapter of whichever Church

meeting they are attending.

Article 10. There will be No Drinking during meetings, unless authorized by

the President.

Article 11. The chapter Sergeant at Arms shall have full authority to maintain

order at all meetings.

Article 12. Any club member disrupting meetings will answer to club officers

for disciplinary action.

STATE & REGIONAL MEETINGS

Article 13. Mandatory State Officer’s Meetings will be held for all Chapters.

All Chapters will provide a representative for these meetings. Meetings will be

held at a maximum of (8) eight weeks or as determined by the State

Representative. Any Chapter President may request a State Meeting at any

time. Any Chapter that is absent from a State Meeting will be fined

($10,000.00) ten thousand Dollars. Any Chapter President or representative

that is late will be fined ($1,000.00) one thousand dollars for being late.

Article 14. The State Representative shall have the right of Final Word on all

votes through his veto privileges.

Article 15. Only nominated Chapter Representatives, State Representative,

Regional Officers and Nomad Representative have voting rights at a State

Officer’s Meeting.

Article 16. Retired Brothers will not be allowed to sit in on State Officers’

meetings as a guest.

Article 17. The Only Members allowed to sit in on a State Officers’ Meeting

are National Officers, Mother Chapter Representatives, Chapter Presidents (or

their ONE nominated representative), Regional Officers, Chapter Officers, and

a Nomad Representative. Only the State Representative can make an

exception. Only those listed in Article 15 have voting rights.

Article 18. Any other member having any business in a State Meeting will

have to wait outside of the meeting until called in to discuss their business.

When the member has finished with his business, he must leave.

Article 19. All business or conflicts between Brothers will be handled in

church or in private. Disciplinary action will be given for violators.

Article 20. State Presidents Meetings will be held for all Chapters. All Chapter

Presidents will be present for these meetings. Meetings will be held as

determined by the State Representative. Any Chapter President may request a

Presidents Meeting at any time. Any Chapter that is absent from a Presidents

Meeting will be fined ($10,000.00) ten thousand hundred Dollars. If a

President cannot attend, he may nominate his Vice President to attend in his

place. If his Vice President is unable to attend, the only other permitted

representative will be his Sergeant at Arms. If none of these three are able to

attend, the chapter will be considered absent. Any Chapter President that is late

will be fined ($1,000.00) one thousand dollars for being late.

Article 21. The above regulations regarding State Officers’ meetings shall

apply to Regional Officers’ meetings and President’s meetings alike. In respect

of Article 17 for these meetings, only the aforementioned officers shall be

permitted to attend (e.g; Regional Officers will attend Regional meetings,

whereas only Presidents will be permitted to attend President’s Meetings).

CHAPTER ELECTIONS & OFFICERS

Article 1. Chapter elections are held every 6 weeks.

Article 2. Officers will be voted in on a Majority Vote.

Article 3. Officers will be elected in the following order:

1st President

2nd Vice President

3rd Sergeant at Arms

4th Secretary / Treasurer

5th Road Captain

Article 4. No member shall be eligible to run for an office if he owes

($500.00) Five-hundred or more to his Chapter treasury, and shall have No debts to the

National Treasury whatsoever.

Article 5. If anything should happen to a Chapter President, the Vice

President will immediately assume the position as Chapter President, until the President

can resume his duties. And all other Officers will step up respectfully and the lower office

will be brought up for a VOTE.

i) E.g; If a Vice President is deemed unfit to perform their duties, the

Sergeant at Arms will assume the role of Vice President, the Secretary will assume the

role of Sergeant at Arms etc and so-forth, thereby leaving the position of Road Captain up

for chapter vote. This ensures the highest offices within a chapter are always held.

Article 6. Liaison between other Clubs will strictly only be handled by and

through Regional Officers. State Officers’ Meetings will be called to relay these

communications down the chain of command. This is to ensure consistency, uniformity,

and clear communication across all chapters.

Article 7. To be nominated for an Officer position you must have a minimum

of (5) five weeks in the club - starting from when the member receives his top rocker,

thereby including any time spent as a probationary member, however current probationary

members cannot run.

Article 8. The entire membership of the chapter will nominate and vote on

Officers.

Article 9. Proxies must be given by absentee members for election weeks.

Any proxies by members not given will automatically be assumed rightfully given to the

sitting chapter President. All proxies will be used during election votes. ((Brothers who

are on approved LOA are exempt and shall not be recorded for the purpose of number of

voting proxies)). The sitting President cannot use proxy votes by members who failed to

proxy in his own name if there is a 70% or more vote against him prior to the use of these

proxy votes.

Article 10. There will be NO TRANSFER of a scooter for the purpose of being

nominated. You must have a scooter to be an officer.

Article 11. Any Chapter having (6) six or fewer members will combine offices

for a total of (3) three officers. These three being President, Vice President, and Sergeant

at Arms. The roles and functions of other remaining officers (i.e; Secretary, Treasurer, etc)

shall be assumed by either of those three officers, as decided by the chapter at their

election. Additional officers shall be permitted on a 1:1 basis per additional chapter

member above six (6). This means that for a chapter to have a full cabinet of President,

Vice President, Sergeant at Arms, Secretary, Treasurer and Road Captain, the chapter

must have a minimum of 9 full-patched brothers.

Article 12. Any President, who wants to resign his position, must contact the

State Representative and come to a State Officers Meeting.

Article 13. Any Officer (including the President) can be impeached and voted

out of office by his Chapter with a 2/3rd two third’s majority vote.

Article 14. State Representative & Regional Sergeant at Arms shall only be

appointed from within Mother Chapter ((OOC Leadership)).

REGIONAL ELECTIONS & OFFICERS

Article 15. Regional elections are held every 12 weeks.

Article 16. Officers will be voted in on an Electoral College system of voting.

All members who are eligible to run for their local chapter office are eligible to nominate

for Regional Office.

i) Any member who wishes to nominate for Regional Office shall formally

announce their nomination to the State Representative.

ii) All nominations are grouped together and organized by role. At the next

President’s meeting, all chapter Presidents and the State Representative will vote on all

nominations for each respective office. This is a knock-out vote and the two nominees

who receive the two highest votes at the President’s vote will be formally endorsed as the

candidates running for their chosen office.

iii) Regional elections will be called for no more than TWO (2) weeks after

Candidates are selected at a President’s meeting. This allows for ample time for

candidates to campaign.

iv) On Regional election day, each chapter is given ONE (1) collegiate vote

for each of the three Regional offices. Each chapter will decide their votes via a

chapter-only popular vote on Regional election day. ((E.g; Davis chapter gathers for

church, votes for Regional Secretary, 6 votes to Candidate A, 8 votes to Candidate B.

Therefore Davis’ ONE (1) collective vote for Regional Secretary will go to Candidate B.

Repeat process for other Regional offices)).

Article 17. Officers will be elected in the following order:

1st Regional Secretary

2nd Regional Treasurer

3rd Regional Road Captain

Article 18. Upon election to a Regional Office, newly elected Regional

Officers shall automatically transfer as a dual-member of both their home chapter and

temporary members of Mother Chapter. Regional Officers must remain an active member

of their home chapter and continue to carry out any duties and responsibilities to their

home chapter in addition to the duties of the Regional office to which they are elected.

Article 19. Although all local chapter officers will retain autonomy to carry out

their duties at their home chapter, their Regional counterparts will have authority to make

directions as needed. ((Note, this means that for example; a Regional Treasurer can ONLY

make orders or directions to other Chapter Treasurers, NOT regular members or other

officers of other Chapters. Any orders or directives given to subordinate counterparts

MUST be in the club’s interest Regionally)).

DUES

Article 1. The Chapter Treasurer at the beginning of each meeting will collect

dues.

Article 2. Any funds borrowed from Chapter Treasury by any member for

personal reasons shall be paid back within a specific time or face a fine and / or other

disciplinary action.

Article 3. If any member requests a loan for any amount over ($500.00)

Five-Hundred dollars it must be brought up for a Chapter vote. In a case of emergency,

the President and Treasurer must both approve the loan.

Article 4. No member may borrow from another Chapter Treasury without

approval of his Chapter President and from the loaning Chapter President. The loaning

Chapter President will assume full personal responsibility of the loan.

Article 5. Weekly dues for patched members are $5,000. Prospects: $2,500.

Article 6. Members can be 1 month behind on their dues. If after 1 month's

dues are not paid, Members will face disciplinary action including but not limited to

membership may be revoked and/or chalecos taken until dues are paid.

Article 7. Unpaid dues accumulate weekly.

i) E.g; If a member is absent from a weekly Church meeting, their

dues for that week are stacked and combined with the next week’s dues.

Article 8. Each Chapter will pay monthly DUES to the National Treasury.

The State Representative in a State Meeting will set dues on the advice of the National

Cabinet. Dues are to be paid no later than the 10th day of each month to the Regional

Treasurer.

Article 9. If any chapter requests a loan for any amount from the National

treasury, it must be brought up for a vote at a Regional Officer’s meeting. In a case of

emergency, the State Representative and Regional Treasurer must both approve the loan.

PATCHES

Article 1. All Patches are Property of the Club. Patches become personal

property when a member RETIRES with his Chapter and with State Representative

approval.

Article 2. Any member that Loses or misplaces his colors, including having

them stolen, will face a Chapter Disciplinary action and a State Fine of ($25,000.00)

Twenty Five-Thousand dollars each.

Article 3. In the event that a member wishes to quit / leave the Club, All

patches will be returned at a Chapter meeting including all and any award, property

patches, any Club related paraphernalia.

Article 4. Any member who willfully throws down his colors will face

Chapter and National disciplinary action.

Article 5. COLORS and Property Patches will be worn on a Black Leather

Vest, or dark Black denim Levi vest ONLY. Any denim must be leather-look.

Article 6. Mongol Tattoos are as follows:

i) MFFM = Upon receival of top rocker

ii) “Mongols” lettering = Upon receival of top rocker

iii) Mongols Head = After 6 weeks of being a full member

iv) Mongols full back patch tattoo = 8 months as full member

Article 7. Any mass production of Mongols paraphernalia must be approved

by the Regional Secretary. ((This means any mods created & circulated to members))

Article 8. All Club patches shall be maintained in reasonable condition or

face disciplinary action.

Article 9. Any member who quits will have his patches returned to the

Mother Chapter by the next officer's meeting.

Article 10. All rocker type memory patches will be worn in a vertical line right

under the round memory patch on the front of your colors.

Article 11. In Lieu of memory patches with rockers, a single diamond patch

may be worn to honor all brothers, but both types may not be worn together.

Article 12. White Diamond Mongol Head Patch will be awarded for (2) two

consecutive terms as an Officer, to be awarded by Chapter President (Not necessarily the

same office).

Article 13. Skull and Crossbones patch will be awarded to a Brother doing

something outstanding for the Club. The patch is to be awarded by the State

Representative at a State Run.

*It should be clear to all members that no patch is now or ever will be awarded for

doing any criminal or other act, which brings the club into public disrepute.

Article 14. Any members receiving a personal injury through Club affiliation

and not leaving the Club because of said injury may be eligible for the Black Heart

Award, with the approval of Mother Chapter. If awarded posthumously, it will be put on

the Brother's Memory Flag at the end of the Brother's name.

Article 15. Skulls and Crossbones and Black Heart Patches may be awarded at

the same time.

Article 16. No Patches are to be sewn on the outside of colors except those

awarded by the Club from July 18, 1981 and on.

Article 17. Probationary Patches --- See Probationary section

Article 18 . Prospect Patches ----- See Prospects

Article 19 Lifetime member's patch will be presented to a member with eight

(8) Months active time in the Club.

((LOA,)) Retired Nomads or Nomads status is NOT considered active time for a

LIFETIME membership.

Article 20. Any & all club-related ink must be performed by an approved club

tattoo artist and must have the approval of the member’s chapter President. No exceptions.

NEW MONGOL PROSPECTS

Article 1. A Prospective member will Prospect until he is voted in with a

100% member vote from the chapter.

Article 2. Prospects must have a Western or LCC motorcycle that is properly

up and in running condition.

Article 3. Prospects must be at all meetings and Club Functions.

((Within reason))

Article 4. Prospects will not be voted up to a probationary member in less

than 6 Weeks. Only the chapter President can make exceptions.

Article 5. All Prospects are to have a full patch holder as a sponsor during

their prospective period. Each sponsor may only have a single prospect at any time -

exceptions to this can only be approved by the State Representative or Regional Secretary.

Article 6. Prospects are not to conduct themselves in any fashion contrary to

the advice of a member.

Article 7. Prospects will pay dues.

Article 8. Prospects are not to be abused by any member.

Article 9. Members will show some consideration for Prospects in the upper

age group, if the prospect is physically unable to perform some of his Prospect duties.

Article 10. Prospects will fly patches in this order:

A: Bottom Rocker with a 100% Chapter Vote

B: Center Patch with a Majority Chapter Vote

C: Top Patch with a 100% Chapter Vote

Article 11. Every sponsor is responsible for getting needed information to his

Prospect and will be held accountable for failure to do so.

Article 12. All Prospects will wear identifying insignia in front of their Colors.

Article 13. Before any Prospect can receive his top Rocker he must attend a

State Run or a State Meeting for the complete duration of either function.

Article 14. After a Prospect receives his Patch he will be on a minimum of

three (3) Weeks informal probation and will conduct himself accordingly. Shorter

probation may be approved by Mother Chapter on the advice of their chapter President.

Article 15. Prospects will be required to write a letter to at least (1) one

Brother who is in the joint, per week, while He is Prospecting. His sponsor will coach him

on what he is supposed to write.

Article 16. Prospects must be at MINIMUM (21) twenty-one years of age.

Article 17. Only the sponsor or any officer may provide a top rocker to the

Prospect once voting has successfully passed.

Article 18. The starting date in the club will begin the day the Prospect

received his Bottom Rocker.

Article 19. No Patch holder will borrow money or property from Prospects

without Chapter Approval.

DISCIPLINARY PROSPECTS

Article 1. Any member causing conflicts in the Club or Chapter will be put on

probation until voted off of probation by a (100%) one hundred percent chapter vote. He

will be used as a Probationary.

Article 2. Any member causing a major problem in the Club or Chapter will

lose his TOP ROCKER and will Prospect as a new prospective member. The next step is

to lose the CENTER PATCH and after that expulsion from the Club. To return to a full

patch status, the individual member must receive a (100%) hundred percent Chapter vote.

Article 3. Any member has the right to appeal to his Chapter or at a State

Meeting concerning any disciplinary action

Article 4. Any member in any Chapter that has been disciplined by the

Mother Chapter Representatives cannot return to good standing nor can be returned to

Full Status until he meets the approval by the State Representative.

Article 5. If a member loses his top rocker and returns to the status of

prospective member, the chapter Sergeant at Arms shall become his sponsor. If the

Sergeant at Arms is already a sponsor, a new sponsor will be elected amongst the

chapter for the disciplinary prospect.

Article 6. Disciplinary action by Mother Chapter against an officer resulting

in the removal of his office and/or being placed on probation shall be determined

by way of vote at a dedicated court hearing.

INACTIVE MEMBERS

Article 1. If a Member has legitimate problems and needs an inactive period,

he will present it at an Officers Meeting and Officers will bring it to the Chapter for final

approval. ((OOC Leave of Absence can be approved by OOC Leadership))

Article 2. An inactive member may not attend any Club Meetings or

Functions and will not be required to pay dues.

Article 3. When a member goes inactive, he will leave his Colors with his

Chapter, regardless of the amount of time in the Club.

Article 4. An Inactive period shall not exceed (6) six weeks unless approved

by the State Representative or Regional Officer.

Article 5. All members who wish to become inactive must be in the Club for

at least (6) weeks, and may not be inactive to avoid any disciplinary action.

Article 6. NO member shall be allowed to go inactive if he owes money to his

Chapter Treasury, to the National Treasury or any other Chapter Treasuries.

Article 7. Any inactive Period over (1) week does not count towards time

status in the Club. It is the responsibility of chapter Secretaries to monitor time-in-club.

PROBATIONARY CHAPTERS

Article 1. No New Chapter will start without approval by the State

Representative on the advice of Mother Chapter and National Cabinet.

Article 2. All New Chapters will be on Probation for a period of 4 Months

minimum and will need a (100%) one hundred per-cent Presidents vote at a state

Presidents Meeting to lose Probationary status and become an established chapter.

Article 3. Probationary members shall attend all Chapter meetings and Club

functions. Emergency situations may be the only reason to be excused from a function and

still has to have the Chapter President approval.

Article 4. Probationary members have voting privilege in their home chapter.

Article 5. No Probationary member shall use Prospects from other Chapters.

They can use only prospects from their own Chapter.

Article 6. Any President, who wants to award a Full Patch, must come to the

State Representative for permission. When a Full Patch is awarded to a member, he will

be on probation for probation for a period of 3 weeks minimum.

Article 7. Officers in a Probationary Chapter will still be on Probation while

holding an Officers position.

Article 8. All Probationary members will wear the appropriate identifying

insignia on the front side bottom of their colors.

RUNS

Article 1. Members will ride in formation while riding in a Pack. Any

member breaking the formation will be fined and / or face disciplinary action at the place

of destination.

Article 2. Officers may lead the PACK whenever in a formation. (Optional).

Article 3. Road Captain will be appointed to line members up on runs. The

Road Captain will notify officers of any events of trouble or any breakdowns.

Article 4. TWO (2) weeks notice must be given before a mandatory Function

is to take place. The only exception is in case of an emergency. ((Within reason.))

Article 5. All National Runs, and NEW YEARS' EVE Parties are mandatory

for all members. The National President will give disciplinary action and / or FINES.

Article 6. Sergeant at Arms shall have FINAL approval of the Club Security

of his Chapter at any Club Function. Regional Sergeant at Arms shall assume

responsibility for any Regional or club-wide events, in consultation with attending chapter

Sergeants-at-Arms and Enforcers.

Article 7. The President shall decide individually as the Security precautions

for their Chapter to and from a Run. This pertains to the route taken and wearing of

Colors, along with the advice of other officers.

Article 8. No Member shall be allowed to make a profit from a Chapter event.

Any profit left over from a Chapter run shall be donated to the Chapter Treasury.

Article 9. Enforcers or other authorized delegates shall arrange guard duty, at

a Chapter Function.

Article 10. At an all-member's meeting there will be active members only.

Brothers must wear their full patch colors during the meeting. No soft patches will be

allowed.

Article 11. All Chapters shall provide the equipment necessary for Security

duty at a State or National Function.

However, *NO ILLEGAL WEAPONS MAY BE POSSESSED OR CARRIED BY ANY

MEMBER AT ANY TIME, WHETHER AT A NATIONAL FUNCTION or at any other

function. ANY LEGAL WEAPON MUST BE KEPT AT ALL TIMES IN A LAWFUL

AND PROPER MANNER. *ANY MEMBER THAT USES THE CLUB FOR ANY

ILLEGAL GAIN SUCH AS (DRUGS, GUNS, FUNNY MONEY, etc. etc.) WILL FACE

IMMEDIATE DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND EXPELLED FROM THE CLUB.

Article 12. Chapter Seniority shall arrange guard duty, at a State or National Function

in consultation with the Regional Sergeant at Arms.

FUNERALS

Article 1. Any member of a Chapter that is late at its appointed time given by

the chapter President is subject to a Fine. Any member not showing for a Funeral in his

State will prospect for a minimum of Three (3) Weeks and will be fined ($5,000.00) Five

Thousand Dollars. Only his Chapter President can give back his Top Rocker.

Article 2. *All members will wear a black bandana covering his face (no ski

ALCOHOL, DRUGS & CONVICTION

((Take this section how you want, but considering Mongols MC's legal history then and

now it reeks of bullshit and is maybe for screw-ups that get into trouble too easily. ))

Article 1. * Any Member using, selling, transporting or possessing Heroin,

Cocaine or any other illegal drug, which includes marijuana shall be automatically

expelled from the Club.

Article 2. * Any Member convicted of any serious felony including, but not

limited to, murder, rape, robbery, or burglary shall be automatically expelled from the

Club as soon as the conviction is final.

Article 3. *NO member shall inject or be injected with any illegal DRUG or

face automatic expulsion from the club. The only exception is a valid and proven Legal

medication.

Article 4. Officers in charge at a Club Function shall maintain a High Degree

of Sobriety or face disciplinary action.

Article 5. No Member shall smoke cocaine or speed. Violations will result in

expulsion from the Club.

Article 6. If a Brother with a Drug Problem comes to the Club and asks for

HELP, rather than getting caught an exception can be made depending on the

circumstances.

Article 7. *The Club is not responsible for Lawyer or Bails Bondsman unless

a State Representative has authorized it.

Article 8. *If a member knowingly acts out on his own and is arrested for

guns, drugs or any illegal activity it is not the responsibility of the club to provide a

lawyer or a Bail Bondsmen for his actions.

CHAPTER NOMADS

Article 1. All Chapter Nomads are directly responsible to their home Chapter

President. In order to maintain uniformity of Nomad standard throughout the Club, West

Coast Nomads are directly responsible to the State Representative.

Article 2. No Member may ask for a Chapter Nomad Status until Six Weeks

Active Time (not including prospective/probationary time in club).

Article 3. A member must get a (80%) eighty percent of the Chapters Vote for

Chapter Nomad Status.

Article 4. Chapter Nomads must attend at least (1) one chapter meeting out of

every six (6) consecutive meetings.

Article 5. Nomads and Chapter Nomads attendance shall be made entirely on

Western or LCC Motorcycles.

Article 6. Chapter Nomads are responsible to report to meetings and runs

attended to comply with Nomads requirements. Chapter President shall keep a record and

assure that the Nomad's standards are followed.

NOMAD CHAPTER

Article 1. A Member, who wishes to TRANSFER to the NOMAD

CHAPTER must have a total of Six (12) Weeks, cumulative, ACTIVE in the CLUB.

Article 2. In order to be in the NOMAD CHAPTER, a member must get an

(80%) eighty percent from existing Chapter members VOTE for APPROVAL, and

approval from the State Representative.

Article 3. Members of the NOMAD CHAPTER are required to attend at least

(1) one mandatory State RUN Per three-month period.

Article 4. Members of the NOMAD CHAPTER are NOT required to pay any

DUES, any RUN money etc. HOWEVER, they may DONATE any amount they wish.

Article 5. NOMADS will NOT have any Officers; they will appoint a

representative to represent them at Regional & National Meetings, etc.

Article 6. A Member cannot transfer to the NOMAD CHAPTER, if he

OWES any money to his Chapter or the National Treasury.

Article 7. NOMADS can attend all CLUB Functions at any Time they

choose. They may also leave at any time they choose.

Article 9. NOMAD CHAPTER members shall wear their full patch colors or

a soft colors or a Mongols insignia when attending a club function.

TRANSFERS

Article 1. If a member wishes to transfer from one Chapter to another

Chapter, he must first obtain permission from his Chapter President, then obtain

permission from the Chapter President where he wants to transfer to.

Article 2. Both Chapter Presidents and State Representative(s) will be made

aware of any DEBTS or LIABILITIES prior to any transfer can be complete.

RETIREMENT

Article 1. A member may request retirement only after twenty four months’

membership.

Article 2. Any Inactive Time of more than (1) one week shall be subtracted

from Active Time.

Article 3. In Order to retire a member must seek permission from the Chapter

first.

Article 4. After Chapter permission has been given to the member, he Must

also seek permission from the State Representative(s) in order to retire.

Article 5. A member requesting Retirement status must also attend a State

President meeting prior to even starting any retirement.

Article 6. NO MEMBERS may retire while owing any money to the Chapter

or National Treasury
