    In response to your application dated 08/10/2021 this is to inform you that Permission for holding
    Durga Puja is accorded to you for the year 2021 subject to the following terms & conditions:

    1. We will abide by the instructions issued by Govt. on Covid-19.

    2. Donation should not be collected forcefully. Forceful collection of Donation from moving vehicle &
    through advertisements is strictly prohibited and punishable under law.

    3. Valid receipt(s) are to be issued against every donation. Sample copy of the receipts should be
    submitted to this office

    4. Strict discipline is to be maintained at the Puja venue. The Puja committee will be liable to maintain
    the peace and ensure free movement of pedestrian and traffic in and around the Puja venue.

    5. Condition for the use of Loudspeaker & Microphones :


    (a) Loudspeaker & Microphones can be used only from 7 AM to 11 AM & 6 PM to 10 PM after
    observing the noise level as per noise pollution preventions and control rules.

    Microphone cannot be played within 100 m. of Hospital / Educational Inst. / Court

    (b) No Loud Speaker can be played outside the puja premises

    6. Use of prohibited fire crackers is punishable under law.

    7. Details of the Idol to be immersed: Durga Idol – {15.10.21, 16.10.21 & 17.10.21} For Laxmi Idol{
    21.10.21}. For Kali Idol {05.11.21, 06.11.21, 07.11.21} & Jagadhatri Idol {14 11.21 and 15.11.2021}.

    8. Immersion of the Idol shall be completed within schedule date.

    9. Immersion Procession should be guided & followed as per Govt. Covid-19 Rules.

    10. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel / amend / modify / withdraw the permission in
    question.

    11. Iron Grilling for Generator Sets, if used during immersion.

    12. Only Dhak may be there at the Immersion Ghat.

    13. No cracker to be busted during procession.

    14. No D.J. Sound to be played during procession.

    15. Date and time of Puja inauguration / function, if any.

    16. Social Message like Safe drive save life`& others will be hanged up in front of puja temple.

    17. The route of immersion in respect of Puja to be communicated to the respective police station as
    well as General Administrator to avoid any unpleasant situation and no stopover at any place is
    allowed.

    18. Immersion Date for Durga Puja-2021 is on 15/16/17 October 2021
