A. Reviewing previous Time Allotment: (5 minutes)

With the set and agreed class rules, the teacher ensures a positive and unthreatening
environment for the class.
The teacher will let the learners view a video clip about “Denanjaya
Hettiarachchi” a world famous speaker.

C. Discussing new
concepts and practicing Time Allotment: ( 15 minutes )

(EXPLORE) The teacher will introduce and discuss the “Tools for Effective Speech
delivery” by letting the learners match the words to their correct definition
and she will present the answers through a powerpoint presentation right
after.
The teacher will let the group 1 learners make their advocacy about solidarity in
connection to the community engagement that they are conducting since they also
belong to ABM group.
A representative will deliver their presentation infront applying some if not all the
tools to effectively deliver a speech.

The teacher will instruct the class to listen to “Jeanne Russe martinez” a stem student
who recently won an oratorical speech during the celebration of Rizalian Values of
yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
The learners are tasked to evaluate observing the tools in delivering a speech. They
will observe as to how Jeanne russe will deliver her Piece about Rizal.
