Based on the case study, Personally yours is an establishment that involves a wide range
organization, home companion, adult daycare and even handy person services. Broadly speaking,
the essence of every business is to prioritize consumers' needs above all else. Regardless of the
quality of the product and services if the product or services does not deliver the proposed value
intended, customers are likely to deflect to using other competitors that is why it is essential
during the idea creation phase of product development to analyse these key components, how the
intended product or services would influence customers purchasing decisions and also how the
a product, services or business would be successful and how they can develop their brand and set
it apart from other competitors. Feasibility study is overarching and focuses on the strength,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It also evaluates how both external and internal factors
can affect the business. From the case study, Personally yours has examined that they made a
huge blunder during the recruitment process by not examining employee background check
before hiring. Inorder to forge ahead in the business, the company interfaces with me ( HR
manager) to determine if it is mandatory to carry out a background check or not. And also steps
check on all employees because it enables a company possess proper record of their employee.
Personally yours runs an indoor service business that involve having access to customers
possessions, vulnerable individuals like kids and even the customers. It is imperative that the
employees in question are have decent disposition. They must be trustworthy, honest, posses
integrity etc as any hint of unethical behavior can affect the companies credibility and reputation.
