Support:
Full support will be provided to you via Internet, Email, Phone to start running of existing website. (not related Data)
Support will be available 5 days in a week and 8 hours in a day during the ALC contact.
Training of Website Operations: We will provide free training for how to use the backend section for dynamic
portion.
AMC 350 Per month for the same
Payment:
50% advance should be made on signing of contract and balance 50% will be 1st demo of the web portal All the
payments should be done through Demand draft or Cheque payable to “Programers Web Technologies ” Thrissur (Add
Rs. 250 for non-MICR cheques)
Renewal Of Server space/hosting :

In addition to the ALC, yearly domain and database, server space , SSL renewal amount to be paid. The charges for
server space will be started on the day of registration of the domain, irrespective of the site hosting date. The renewal
charges for the website includes domain renewal and server space charges is to be paid 30 days before expiry date of
the domain. The rates for domain renewal and server space may change if ICANN makes a changes in their charges or
as per the change in Currency rates of Indian Rupees with US Dollars.
Taxes and Duties:

The total price for the contract does not include any taxes or other fees payable to the government. If the government
in the future levies any tax, fee or other outgoings, the same shall have to be borne by the client
