The start of this Business Trip is starting with the flight from Soekarno Hatta
International Airport (CGK) to Seattle Tacoma Intl (SEA). Considering all three alternatives I
choose the All Nippon Airways that will desparted from CGK at Sunday, November 19, 2023
06:30 WIB, then transit at 15:40 WIB in Tokyo (HDN) for 5 hours and 25 minutes, then will
continue at 21:05 WIB and finally will be arrived at Seattle Tacoma Intl (SEA) at 13:10 PTD
after 21 hours and 50 minutes flight. The reason why I choose this flight is because the price
is the cheapest compared to others flight. Also one of the flights that can leave and arrive at
the destination on the same day, maybe the 2 nd alternative is also same, but the arrival time is
different. With using the first alternative we can have enough time to rest or prepare
everything for the meeting next day. This flight just take the transit is only one time, so it’s
not too complicated and worth it. All Nippon Airwayst flight have a good service and
facilitated with travel insurance, also including food.

The transport alternative I would choose during a business trip in Seattle is a rental car
or renting car. The reason is simple so that it is easy to travel anywhere if there is a sudden
need while in Seattle. I also hire an alternative driver if it is to avoid any problems, such as
getting lost or stuck in traffic. By hiring a driver who live there at least they know about the
roads in Seattle. To save money I only hired a driver for one day, on the day of the business
meeting.
