For each team member, including yourself, rate on a 0 to 5 scale each itemized contribution to
project duties and requirements during this peer assessment period in terms of both expected
quantity (load) and quality of effort: 0 = contributed nothing, 1 = contributed little, 2 = contributed less
than expected, 3 = contributed as expected. 4 = contributed more than expected, 5 = contributed much
more than expected. If there was no expected contribution for this period, indicate with an “NA” (not
applicable). Note that load expectations for specific categories may vary with student and assessment
period, but the net share for all categories should be near-equal.

project type and number, date of submission, and your last/family name, in the format

eighth faculty honors project submitted on the 3 rd of November 2023. Note that the project number, month of submission,
and day of submission are each given as two digits even if the first digit is zero (0), and the project type is labeled as “I” for
industry, “IH” for industry honors, “FH” for faculty honors, and “SP” for student proposed.
