    Call to Order: Meeting was call to order at Conference Hall
    Meeting Agenda: Updates on repairs and construction
    Updates on Municipal Health Status and Budget for 2024
    Target setting
    Designation of personnel per program

    I. Open Issues
     Reporting of updates on Municipal Health status, construction and budget for 2024.
     Requesting of SB Resolution for proper naming of Rural Health Unit.
     Primary Care Facility requirements was discussed.
     Designation of personnel per program was requested.
     Occupancy of rooms at the second floor was requested.
     Updating of Organizational Chart, Mission and Vision.
     Local Health Board updating of members was requested.
     BEMOnC equipment was to checked and need to be requested for procurement.
     Procurement of medicines for barangayan.
     PhilHealth Forum on January 23, 2024 was presented.

    II. Plans and Actions


     SB resolution for proper naming was requested last January 15, 2024.
     Office rooms at second floor was occupied as of today, January 17, 2024.
     Organizational Chart, mission, vision was updated and requested for permanent posting at the OPD
    section.
     Local health board updating of members was requested last January 15, 2024 as well.
     Procurement of medicines is still on going for purchase request
     Invitation and Programs for PhilHealth Forum was sent to HR and Mayor’s Office this morning, January 17,
    2024.

    III. Adjournment
    Meeting was adjourned at 11:45 in the morning.

    I. Open Issues
     Logbooks for attendance. Everyone is requested to log their official business and visitation to barangay
     Data privacy was requested. Everyone is requested to ask permission to the concerned personnel or the
    focal person of the program before the releasing of data.
     Flag raising ceremony will be conducted by MHO on January 15, 2024.
     Actual population encoding and tallying.

    IV. Plans and Actions


     Logbook is available at Admin. Office in possession of Ms. Merriam.
     Responsible for prayer was assigned to Ms. Merla, the “Panunumpa Sa Watawat ng Pilipinas” was
    assigned to Ms. Carol and the “Panunumpa ng Kawani ng Gobyerno” was assigned to Ms. Beverly.
     Actual population age bracket was age according to the updated bracketing of population. It was agreed
    upon that the data between 0-12 months and 12-23 months on nutrition and NIP will be tallied.
    V. Adjournment
    Meeting was adjourned at 4:48 in the afternoon.
