Sample Of Reflective Writing Essay

Writing an essay on the topic of reflective writing can be a challenging yet rewarding task. The
difficulty lies in the need to introspect, delve into personal experiences, and articulate thoughts and
emotions effectively. Reflective writing requires a deep level of self-awareness and the ability to
critically analyze one's experiences, thoughts, and feelings.

Crafting a reflective essay demands more than just narrating events; it necessitates a thoughtful
examination of how those events have shaped personal growth, perspectives, and understanding.
This type of essay often requires a balance between personal insights and academic reflection,
making it challenging to strike the right tone.

Moreover, the process of reflective writing involves revisiting past experiences, which can sometimes
be emotionally taxing. It requires the writer to confront their own vulnerabilities, successes, and
failures, making it a deeply personal and introspective endeavor. Organizing these reflections into a
coherent and engaging essay adds another layer of complexity.

Despite the challenges, writing a reflective essay can also be a cathartic and enlightening experience.
It provides an opportunity for self-discovery, growth, and the development of better writing and
analytical skills. The difficulty lies in translating these personal reflections into a well-structured and
compelling piece of writing that resonates with the reader.

In conclusion, tackling a reflective writing essay requires not only writing skills but also a willingness
to delve into one's own experiences and emotions. It demands a delicate balance between self-
disclosure and academic reflection. For those seeking assistance with similar essays or any other

The Essentials Of Water Purification

The Essentials of Water Purification From Academic Journals

Plano Academy High School By making water purification processes more efficient, the
number of casualties caused by unsanitary water will significantly drop. The purpose of
this document is to inform the reader about the essentials of water purification; it is
organized by the trend of the topic, typically by the types of processes. According to
the UN, more than 2.5 billion people worldwide don t have access to a clean water
source. That s more than 35% of the world s population that is dying off because of this
problem. By purifying the water and making potable water, this problem will soon cease
to exist. The ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The third article I researched took a different approach on water purification. Rather than
making giant desalination plants to make clean water, this article talked about how we
can chemically treat individual bottles of water easily to get rid of bacteria with
iodine or chlorine tablets. However, this method of purification is extremely
inefficient for many reasons. You cannot mask the taste of iodine or chlorine.
Furthermore, no type of chemical will be able to get rid of organic matter, so if the
water is from a pond or lake, you will need to carry around a filter to get rid of it. Even
though this process is good for people who need clean water on the go and
instantaneously, it is not a reliable way to get rid of the world problem of unsanitary
water. The next article takes a similar approach about water purification since it targets
individual small bodies of water. An ultraviolet lamp eliminates all types of bacteria and
dirt, ensuring clean and pure water. The only problem with this is that it leaves only
distilled water, which is water that is drained of all its minerals; this makes distilled
water not suitable for drinking. In a water purification system designed by Labconco
makes the water go through three stages of purification. First, it goes through a prefilter
that removes anything bigger than 5 micrometers. Then a carbon

The Effectiveness of Irish Catholic and Nationalist Leaders in Advancing Their Cause in
the Years 1801 and On

The Act Of Union in 1800 meant there was no longer any Irish institution capable of
advancing either an Irish nationalist or catholic cause. As a result the advancement of
those causes depended on influencing the British Government directly. The catholic
cause initially focused on securing emancipation for the catholic population and aimed to
improve the lives and rights of Catholics throughout the period. The nationalist cause
fought for greater Irish autonomy with full independence as its greater aim. In evaluating
the effectiveness of the Irish leaders Daniel O Connell, Charles Stuart ... Show more

Whereas O Connell was satisfied in 1829 it seems Parnell wanted greater reform.
Parnell was able to wield more power within parliament than O Connell due to the
weak governments of the time. In 1885 the IPP held the balance of power, which
allowed Parnell to use his political skill to earn the prospect of home rule. The fact that
both the Conservative and Liberal parties had promised a Home Rule Bill shows the
power Parnell held and the possibility that existed for real, more attainable changes in
Ireland. The passing of The Ashbourne Act as a statement of Conservative will
demonstrates this. It can be argued that the Home Rule Bill was an achievement in
itself and opened Westminster to the possibility of home rule. I do not believe the
break up of the Liberal party was a disaster for Irish nationalist hopes of home rule as
Gladstone was able to attempt a second bill in 1892. Though it was unwise for Parnell
to attempt such a bill at the time particularly as he was not involved in its inception.
Alan O Day explains how Gladstone took few of his colleagues or Parnell into
confidence about the details of the bill and how it contained a great many negative
provisions.

Following Parnell s infamous home rule attempt no other leader of the IPP emerged as

The media usually frame the story for the public to understand all these events. Through
framing, they highlight some of the issues to capture the attention of the audience in an
individual occurrence (Liu, 8). The theory describes framing in two ways, the media
frame, and the audience frame. According to Gitlin media frame helps the journalist in
recognition, interpretation, and dissemination of the information. On the other hand, the
audience frames are the patterns of cognition and description of events and idea that
news anchors develop in the mind of the spectators. Frame theory argues that media
frames impact the way of thinking in the audience by emphasizing on some areas of
events. They either amplify or shrink the episodes in an
Key Issues In Counseling Paper
When clients enter into counseling they typically bring with them a variety of issues
concerning them. The counselor, with the help of the client must determine which of
these issues require to be focused on first. As reported by Long and Young (2007) a
couple may complain about arguing all the time, although through interviewing the
clients a trained counselor listens for key issues such as financial struggles or trust issues
could actually be the main concern. Another way counselors can obtain information
about the client of clients is by conducting tests, like the Minnesota Multiphasic
Personality Inventory (MMPI) and observations by the counselor using a Funnel of
Assessment method (Long Young, 2007). As professional counselors we

The Manifestation Of Dionytasy
Scott Scullion discusses that the manifestation of Dionysiac ecstasy is about escaping
from individuality and allowing the god to fill you up with superhuman strength. This
strength is a force that allows you to accomplish a central rite in the act of Dionysian
worship the tearing apart of a live beast. He mainly argues that tragedy is engaged with
religious issues, including many that have to do with Dionysus. However, recent ritual
interpretations suggest that if there was no tradition of Dionysian tragedy we wouldn t
feel the need to invent one. According to the article, there is a universal assumption that
tragedy originated in the cult of Dionysus. However, it isn t really an assumption because
