Distinguished guests, our very active Municipal Mayor

Hon. Cesar Didoy Suan, our dearest School Principal Dr.

Mariza D. Tajanlangit, BOD Chair the ever- supportive Dr.
Romeo Macan, beloved teachers, parents, and fellow
graduates, my warm greetings to you all!

Vladimir Lenin said, Learning is never done without

errors and defeat.

Now we reap the fruits of our errors and defeat and this is
success! Yes! Congratulations my fellow graduates. We
poured our hearts and souls into this stage of our journey as
students. I know that this has been extremely tough for all of
us. Tayo lang naman yong maswerteng batch na
nakaexperience nang pandemic coupled with bagyong
Odette. Confused with the changes and the effects brought
by the calamities, we felt drained and desperate. It even got
to the point where we were saying "KAPOY NA" out of
hopelessness. But because palaban tayo and we believe
that success in studying comes from consistent effort, we’re
here. And we are half way there to reach our goal. We never
dream about success we have to work for it.

At first, it seemed that this is the end. But now, as senior

high school graduates, we realize that, while this is the end
of our high school journey, it is also marked as the beginning
of another chapter. We cannot expect the awards we will
receive today to keep our minds alive indefinitely. For, as
valuable as what we learned in school is, it is also the start
of a lifelong education process based on our personal
experiences.

Today means something distinctive to each of us. For some,

it is a welcome relief; for others, it is accompanied by a
sense of nostalgia as we reflect on good times and the
friends we've made. From the friendships that were formed
to the kinship bond, and to the family that we’ve made,
Thank you so much, Cordova Catholic Cooperative School.
We’re beyond grateful to spend our senior high school
journey in this institution.

Most of us are looking forward to the future with both

excitement and trepidation. We're worried about what we're
going to do since after this day, we will carry on a much
bigger responsibility on our shoulders. But, whether we go to
different universities, still is confused about what course to
take, or begin working on our own, we must remember that
we should always be grateful. This virtue is very crucial in
our daily lives but with so little practice. That’s why I
encourage you to face life and its adversities with gratitude.
Our attitude towards it determines the satisfaction we derive
from our chosen paths.

To my friends, we can do this!

To my fellow graduates, know that there is no traffic in your

own lane. Don’t rush and stay focused. Never stop
dreaming, always put motivation into everything that you do.
Do well wherever you go and in whatever you do. The only
thing permanent in this world is change. And I am
completely sure that all of you will change and grow. Each
one of us has the potential to achieve great things. In fact,
you have continually proven to me that you are a team of
exceptionally driven and capable individuals.

And to our Almighty God, all of our accomplishments are for

you. You are the center of our lives, and words cannot
express how thankful we are for how you provide us with
teachers as our instrument of education, friends, and family
as our most ardent supporters, and you as the source of our
life and being.

Let us become someone we’ve longed to dream of. Let us

work with determination and perseverance to achieve our
dreams, let us make our family and our alma mater proud for
we are the senior high school graduates of batch 2022 to
2023.
