HIRE GOOD REFEREES ~You’ll need to have a group of good referees on hand for the tournament. Vet them thoroughly to ensure they have the proper experience for a tournament. Make sure that you have backup referees in case someone is a no-show.
PLAN OUT THE FORMAT
~What kind of tournament do you want this to be? How many teams will you have? These are just some of the questions you need to answer before you start recruiting teams for your tournament.
ORDER THE AWARDS
~You’ll need to have an award for the winners. There are lots of trophy shops that will have trophies you can custom order for events. Make sure to get this taken care of well before the tournament starts so that you have the prizes when you need them.
GET THE WORD OUT
~Print flyers to hang up in local businesses, schools and sports facilities. If you want your tournament to be fun, you’ll need a good-sized crowd. Spread the word so that people come and participate!

RULES OF THE GAME/ PALARO
1.The ball can be thrown in any direction with one or both hands. 2. The ball can be batted in any direction with one or both hands, but never with the fist.
3. A player cannot run with the ball. The
player must throw it from the spot on where he catches it.
4. The ball must be held in or between the
hands. The arms or body must not be used for holding it.
5. No shouldering, holding, pushing,
striking, or tripping an opponent. 6. A foul is striking the ball with the fist.
7. If a side makes three consecutive fouls, it
counts as a goal for the opponents.
8. A goal shall be made when the ball is
thrown or batted from the ground into the basket and stays there.
9. When the ball goes out of bounds, it shall
be thrown into the field and played by the first person touching it.
10. The umpire shall be the judge of the
men and shall note the fouls and notify the referee when three consecutive fouls have been made.
11. The referee shall be the judge of the ball
and decide when it is in play in bounds, to which side it belongs, and shall keep the time.
12. The time shall be two 15-minute halves
with a five-minute rest between.
13. The side scoring the most goals in that
time shall be declared the winner. SUMMARY REPORT
The game or palaro is basketball. Fighting
for 4 sports team to yield the crown for the winner. The players have 12 members in each team,also the 1 leader as well. The sports activity was held at the court beside in Municipality of Cateel forming all the committees as well as the audiences. It was fighting especially the G Dragon Phoenix who compete and reaching the throne to gather as one placer of all. The results of the implementation of basketball means into the recreational activities of students that's why all should participate in this event.
