required to optimize the acquisition, storage, retrieval, and use of information in health
and biomedicine.
 Health Informatics professionals capture, communicate and use data and clinical
knowledge to support healthcare professionals. They make sure staff can use the latest
technology so they can better deliver patient care – and they collate, store and retrieve
records used in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
 this is through registration of patients whereby we need to open the file for patient
information such as age, sex and tribe. Also, through import of different kind of

information through the using of curriculum vitae (CV) of each employee.

 The information is obtaining through using a tool method (census) where

by census agents collecting the person details or information belonging for
that country or states. Example of information are life standard, age, sex,
tribe, economic status, birth rate, mortality rates and also literary and
illiteracy rate. This simplifies government planning like budgets and
provision of social services.

V. Business report:

 This is involving the business online advertisement of products and also

daily business information through running of that activities /business.
 This will help the business man or woman or entrepreneur to know
whether the business growing up by getting profit or decline by having

The source of information is from daily operation inform of services provided, so we obtain
information in different places or areas, those areas are as follows;

Health care center, the information is obtained through the registration of
patient, person details of employees for that health center, medical records
and generally import and export different instruments used in that health
center and reports of incoming patient and patients who got transfer to
another hospitals.

iii. In school
The information that we can get from school is academic results of a students,
this is through registration of a student which gives the details of that student
such as the sex, age and the result of each examination done by that student
which helps to formulate the records of that student found in that institution.

III. In office and large organization; here we get the information concerning
employment records as well as wages of every employee, this is obtained though
personal details during registration of every employer.

IV. In business; the information that we get from business is the profit and loss
concerning that business, for example a producer produces the products that cost

computer that we’re using today.
