8am-3pm: Students move into Residence Halls/Off Campus Apts.

3pm: Mentors arrive at ICA

3:30pm-4:30pm: Ice breakers in ICA

5pm: Dinner/Cookout – Armark Catering

3-5pm: Retreat Prep

Mentor Duties:

 Morning Prep – Breakfast/ Snack Prep


 Chore Wheel who is taking out trash each day? Staying behind for clean up
 Who is leading tours
 Who is in charge of what ice breaker
 Lunch Prep- Who is doing lunch prep, meeting armark to help carry in and set up food
 Who will account for supplies for ice breakers

See which mentors will prep snacks in morning, cleaning, lead activities etc.

5pm: Dismiss

Project C.A.R.E. Big Retreat

Day One: Monday August 14TH

Location: Residence Halls

8am: Mentors get breakfast

9am: Mentors meet in ICA

9am-12pm: Students Move into Residence Halls w/ assistance from Guest ; Greet guest at Residence
halls

12pm-1:30pm: Students and guests are encouraged to get Lunch (This will be on their own).

12pm: Mentors get Lunch


1:30pm: Mentors will be waiting at Residence Halls to walk mentees and their guest to UC Theatre

2:15pm: Arrive at Theatre, Mentors, Mentees, and Guest

2:30pm: Guardian Meeting
