plan to offer variations of our product to cater to different tastes and

Students often experience stress and fatigue during long school days,
and a refreshing treat like Mais Con Yelo can help them recharge and stay
focused. Our product offering fills a gap in the school's food and beverage
industry, providing students with a unique and delicious dessert option that is
not commonly found in the school.
The overall size of the market is approximately 897 people since our Mais
Con Yelo is targeting the students, teachers, staff, and vendors of Tandag
National Science High School, as it will depend on factors such as weather
conditions and student demand. However, we anticipate that there will be a
significant market for our product, with a potential for repeat purchases. We
expect our sales volume to increase during the hot summer months, when
students are looking for a refreshing treat to cool down.
Our product is unique and not widely available in the school, providing
us with a competitive advantage. We plan to use high-quality ingredients and
offer customization options, such as adding different toppings, to appeal to a
wider range of tastes. Additionally, we will prioritize customer service to ensure
that our customers are satisfied with their purchase.
Our business has several barriers to entry that may protect us from
competition. These include our prime location within the school, access to
capital, expertise in creating a unique and high-quality product, and
compliance with regulations related to food safety and hygiene. These factors
may make it difficult for potential competitors without these advantages to
enter the market.

Our product offering is "Maiz con Yelo", a popular Filipino dessert made
with sweet corn kernels, shaved ice, and evaporated milk. We will be selling
this dessert at Tandag National Science High School during school hours. Our
unique selling proposition is that we will be using fresh, high-quality sweet corn
sourced from local farmers. We will also be using a special blend of
evaporated milk that enhances the flavor and creaminess of the dessert. Our
product is unique in that it is made fresh daily and is not available at any other
food outlets within the school premises.
We plan to price our Mais Con Yelo product competitively with other
dessert options available in the school. Our pricing strategy will be based on a
mark-up from our costs, while still remaining affordable for students. We will
regularly monitor our costs and adjust our pricing as necessary to maintain
profitability.
We will be selling our "Mais con Yelo" dessert retail to students and faculty
members at Tandag National Science High School. We will offer our product in
single-serving cups that will require minimal packaging. As a dessert, our
product will not require any shipping, but we will need to ensure that our
ingredients are sourced and restocked regularly.

materials and ingredients we need. With the 600 pesos, we can make 60
pieces of mais con yelo, which will produce a total income of 1,000 pesos with

materials since we still have the materials needed from the first day. It is
expected that we can make more pieces of mais con yelo on the second day
since we will only need to buy the necessary ingredients. We will make 60
pieces of mais con yelo on the second day, which will generate a total income
of 1,200 pesos with a 300-peso profit.
On the third day, we will spend 800 pesos on the required ingredients
and materials for our product that we bought on the first day. It is anticipated
that we can make even more pieces of mais con yelo on the third day, and
we will make 70 pieces of mais con yelo, which will produce a total income of
1,400 pesos with a 350-peso profit.
On the last day, we had the highest net sales of 1,600 pesos, from which
we can produce approximately 80 pieces of our product. We will invest 900
pesos in the necessary ingredients, from which we will gain a profit of 400 pesos.
The payback period of 2 days suggests that the investment made will be
recovered within just 2 days from the date of the investment. This indicates that
the investment is expected to generate quick returns and is likely to be
profitable. The return on investment (ROI) of 49% indicates that for every unit of
currency invested, the expected return would be 49% of the investment
amount. This suggests that the investment has the potential to generate
significant returns and is likely to be a good investment option. The return on
sales (ROS) of 59% indicates that for every unit of currency generated from
sales, the expected profit would be 59% of the sales revenue. This suggests that
the business is generating significant profits from its sales and is likely to be a
well-performing business. The money spent on this business came from us by
contributing a specific amount to enable us to run this business successfully.
