PHYSCIAL EDUCATION GRADE 9

I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
a. define what is aerobic exercise and what are the types of aerobic exercises;
b. perform aerobic exercise actively in class; and
c. recognize the benefits of aerobic exercise in personal health.

Please rise for the prayer.

You can now take your seat.

Please write your name in a ¼ sheet piece of


paper as it will serve as your attendance. please
write it also the date. (Students will do as teacher told)

B. Motivation (Students raises their hands)

Let us have an activity. (Yes Ma’am)

you some basic steps and you will just follow

The first step is, hopping. Hop to the right. Hop (Students follow)
to the left. Hop forward and hop backward.

Second step, Jog on place. (Students Jog on Place)

Third step is, jumping jacks.

Fourth step is dancing. (push, push)
(Students follows)
Lastly, walking. (walk forward and backward)
(Student walk forward and backward)

Again, all the 5 steps (Follow all the steps)
