2 External fence

2.1 Supplying, casting and building the external fence according to the
location in the drawings the item includes all the concrete work required
(column, beams tie beams) and 200mm concrete hollow block , plastering
fishing with the approved color with approved profile paint according to
approved shop drawings, and the instructions of the consultant .

PREAMBLES - CONCRETE

Rates for concrete shall include for the following:

3 Pouring, placing, vibrating and packing between formwork and around
reinforcing steel
3.0.1 Curing and sprinkling
3.0.2 Work of any cross-sectional area and at any height
3.0.3 Work in new or existing locations
3.0.4 Grading, tamping, trowelling and floating
3.0.5 Reinforcement unless indicated otherwise, formwork and metal ties

3.0.6 Forming grooves, throats, holes chases, rebates, chamfers, splayed

angles, mouldings and the like other than for fair facing

3.0.7 Provision for all necessary sleeves, openings, embedded conduits or

boxes as required prior to pouring of concrete or fabricating precast
elements.
3.0.8 Forming mortises and grouting in

Concrete has been measured net in place. No deduction has been
made for the following:

3.0.16 Voids not exceeding 0.10m2 in concrete measured superficially
3.0.17 Voids not exceeding 0.05m3 in concrete measured cube -
Concrete has been measured as follows:
3.0.18 Drops and up-stands, down-stands from face of the horizontal member

Supply and install cast in place sulphate resistance concrete type V and
the compressive strength is cylindrical not less than 15 Mpa with
cement (Type V) to get the required levels under foundation and as per
the drawings and the price including vapor barrier 200 Micron thick and
the price include the termite spray under plain concrete foundations
with smooth surface using hollicopter as consultant approval

3.1.1 Blinding under footings, shear wall and retaining wall at basement floor, M3 378.00
average thickness not less than100mm.
3.2 Reinforced concrete
Supply and install cast in place sulphate resistance concrete Type V for
all substructure elements and Type I for other elements. NOTE: ALL
FOOTING MUST BE REVISED WITH PRECASTER AT FINAL STRUCTURAL
SYSTEM ALONG WITH CLADDING AT THE FACADE SUPPORT SYSTEM .
The price include all necessary material in order to with all thr needed
supports and connections needed to support the cladding loads with
no extra cost or VO.

3.2.2 Cast-in-situ columns and shear walls strength 30 Mpa cylinder as per M3 450
consultant approval. The work include any work needed to satisfy both
mechanical and architectural levels.

3.2.3 Cast-in-situ retaining walls for escalator strength 30 Mpa cylinder the M3 10
price including water proofing as per consultant approval. The work
include any work needed to satisfy both mechanical and architectural
levels.

3.2.4 Cast-in-situ post tensioned slab with the shown thickness, stairs and M2 7910
slab ramp strength 30 Mpa cylinder . including needed civil works,
fixing, accessories, connections with and all things that required for
finalizing this item.The price include the beams supporting the slab and
drop panals. the price include the design.

3.4 TANKS, SWIMMING POOL

3.4.1 Cast-in-situ underground tank treatment with concrete strength 35 Mpa LMS 3
with cement type V ( SRC) water proofing cylinder for walls, slabs and
raft, concrete strength 15 Mpa for blinding concrete and the price
including 200mm thick block wall plastered at inner side, 1 coats of
bitumen, 2 coat 4mm each water proofing membrane with protection
board for walls and foundation and including repairing access openings,
5cm screed concrete on proofing below reinforced foundation. The
work include vapor barrier Termite spray under b.c.c, any isolation
needed, excavation and back fill needed to satisfy both mechanical and
architectural levels. the price include the pump room.

3.4.2 suplly and install electrical room for the project.including needed civil LMS 1
works, fixing, accessories, connections with and all things that required
for finalizing this item and any insulation needed for protection.the
work include beams,columns, grade beams, slab on grade, footing, plain
cocnrete and slab. the contractor must revise the levels with the
electrical company before starting the work. The price include finishing
work such as block work, plastering, painting, lighting, mechanical work
and any tranches needed by the electrical compny

4 EXCAVATION
4.1 the contractor will follow the soil report recommendations and as per M3 13620 0
ASTM specs and execute a safety plan while preforming the work. The
price include all needed machines and shoring forms to do the work.
The depth of excavation level is MENTIONED IN THE EXCAVATION PLAN.
THE CONTRACTOR WILL MAKE SITE INSPECTION TO SEE WHAT IS LEFT
FROM THE EXCAVATION AND ASSESS THE WORK. THE CONTRACTOR
WILL SEE THE PROPER FORMS NEEDED TO CONTIUE THE EXCAVATION.

5 BACKFILL
5.1 the contractor will import and execute backfilling in order to reach the M3 1060
bottom slab on grade level as per plans. The backfill will be according to
the soil report recommendations and as per ASTM specs.
