Checklist for Saturday 18th football tournament

TBIS, ASD, DEWEY, RIS, and ENKO


1. Referees – to be handled by Mr. Elma. Their pay given out already
2. Balls – three given to Elma to be handed to referee and collected at the end of the games
3. Painting of field – Kenneth and team – Money for paint/brush given out – to be painted
Friday evening
4. Two canopies – follow up by Elma and Kenneth – Mr. Serge says only one canopy but
we need two
5. Tickets – Elma, assisted by Mr. Peter/Mr. Maxime
6. Football teams – Kenneth, Enow and Bertrand (seek assistance from some female
teachers)
7. Cheerleaders – Ms. Clarisse and Gracia, Annouchka and Chelsea
8. Security guards – Mrs. Ayuk to bring two more – Security to be headed by Mr. Njoya
9. MC – Mr. Penn
10. DJ – Mr. Damian
11. Electricity to the field – Mr. Serge and Mr. Ivo
12. Water for the kids – Russel to see Mrs. Ayuk to sign out money
13. Beignets for the kids - Russel to see Mrs. Ayuk to sign out money
14. Football team Jerseys – Kenneth and captains of various teams
15. Food stands by students – Mr. Mbote, Mr. Elma and gracia
16. Designing patio to accommodate teams – Elma, Kenneth, Enow, Bertrand and Russel
17. Welcoming of the teams and kick off – Mr. Beltus and Mrs. Ayuk
18. Transition from field to school and vice versa – Mbote, Clinton and Njoya
19. Pack and clean up after games – everyone (Mr. Mbote and Mr. Peter is in charge)
20. Coverage – Mr. Clinton and Ms. Sonia
21. Fixture announcement and supervision – Mr. Beltus and Mr. Penn
22. Liaison to other schools - Mr. Beltus and Mr. Elma
23. Sound system – Mr. Ivo
24. Chairs – Ms. Joan
