JOB CONDITIONS

Position Administrator

Reporting Authority Admin Manager

Type of Employment - Fixed term employment for 1(one) year, Renewable


- Probation period of 3 months

Compensation / Salary You are offered with a salary of € 38400 Yearly (Net in hand)

Vacation / Leaves - Vacation of 15 days after every 6 months


- Vacation air fares economy class ( Ireland – India – Ireland)

Job Schedule - Six days working week, 48 hours per week, one weekly off
- Over and above 48 hours overtime will be 2 times of salary
- Ireland National Holidays

Accommodation & Meals - Sharing Accommodation with same level employee


- All time meals including duty meals
- Self or family accommodation (€350 reimbursement / month)

Employment Benefits - Free Transportation (Stay – Site – Stay)


- Air Fares with visa cost and Attestation expenses
- Group medical and accidental insurance
- All other benefits as per state Labour laws

may be subject to certain agreements regarding the non–disclosure of confidential and proprietary information and

non–disclosure and non-solicitation agreements in place with your previous employers. In addition, please also
provide copies of any such agreements to Cumhall Group Ltd. when you return this signed offer letter, so that
Cumhall Group Ltd. may take appropriate steps to ensure your compliance with these agreements.

not intended to imply any specific term of employment. Employment with CUMHALL GROUP LTD. is “At-
Will”, which means that employment can be terminated by either Employer or Employee for any reason, at any
time, with or without notice and without any severance obligation other than as expressly set forth in an
Employment Agreement.

All offers are contingent upon your satisfactory completion of our pre-employment screening process that includes
drug testing and/or security processing as required for your position. Please carefully review the requirements

 Favorable results of a Medical Test
 Completion of allother Pre-Employment requirements
 Granting of site access including applicable visas, and badging requirements.

 Medical test report (HIV / HCV / HBV)
 Educational documents
 Past work experience or training certificates
 Apostille Report from ministry of external affairs
 International travel insurance of entire Schengen area equivalent to US$ 100000 coverage for 3 months
