INTER-BARANGAY BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT 2024
TOURNAMENT OFFICIAL GROUND RULES

MAJOR RULES FOR ALL DIVISION
1. The player must be a resident (6 months at least) in their respective
Barangay. To those unidentified player must present a VOTERS
REGISTRATION and Certificate of Barangay Residency.
2. The maximum number of player shall not exceed to (15 members).
3. ALL teams is required to attend the SPORTS CLINIC or must have at

least an representatative; failure to attend the said orientation will be
suspended for at least 1 game.
4. To those player who consumed liquor/Illegal substance before the

game will be suspended for a maximum number of (2 games). The
technical committee with the referees shall decide on this particular issue.
The decision is final and irrevocable.
5. Players are required to prepare their original or certified true copy of

their birth alleged birth certificate will not be honored. Any document
submitted shall be subject for verification.
6. All teams are required to pay the registration/entry fee of Three

thousand pesos (P3,000) for Midget and Junior Division to be paid on or
before the Opening ceremony. No teams is allowed to play the game
without paying before the game.
7. ALL players should be involve or can play at least 1 division only.
8. Each team is required to have an official coach in all games. The

assistant coach will be granted to comply if the official coach is not
around. Only the coach has the right to complain at the management
table.
9. No complaints will be entertained and after the sports clinic. After

submitting the entry fee and begin to play the game, the entry fee will be
forfeited.
10. Protest shall be made before the sports clinic. The captain ball/coach
shall notify the table of officials that the game/player is under protest.
11. Strict compliance with prescribed uniform shall be implemented.

Players not wearing proper uniforms are not allowed to play.
12. Players/coaches who made unnecessary noise or trouble will be

suspended for at least 2 games.
13. If other neccesary rules not in our ground/house rules the FIBA Rules
will prevail.
ELEGIBILITY OF PLAYERS
1.0 Midget Division - Shall be 15 to 18 years old during the basketball

league 2024.
1.1 Junior Division - Shall be 19 to 24 years old during the basketball

league 2024.

3. Entry fee
NOTE:For identified players who are playing to other Barangay will

undergo for verification.
