     This command execution will impact only at S1-U interface level (downlink userplane traffic)

    3 Pre-Checks
    1) Site Engineer should have access to vUGW by WebLMT or U2020 to the node.
    2) Node should not have abnormal behavior at reconfiguration time.
    3) All the critical alarm present in the equipment should be well know alarms.
    4) The activity should only perform under Maintenance Window and low traffic hours.
