Large Size Printer Platen (Bed)

Customers can choose 4 pcs print heads or 8 pcs print heads according to their speed
requirements. As large size plan is available both head configuration is possible
4 in 1 - Heater controller design / Infrared Heating Sysem

Pre Heater, Printing Bed Heater, Front Heater and Head Plate Heater to adjust the
temperature of the media and print Head. The switches are in one panel easy to operate
Adjustable heating width by 3 seperated sections. Adjustable Heating Temperature of media
surface from 350 c to 800 C
Adjustable dry fan wind-force. External infrared system, to replace the platform heating system.
Print results can get stronger colors and adhesion to the media by infrared heating, and achieve
a more duable weather resistance.
Separate the Machine Power and Heater Power

Separate the machine power and Heater power to avoid huge current or electromagnetic wave
disturbances. Also can minimise the cost of the power rating for the UPS to run only printer
and run heaters with direct line. World Class Schneider switches are used.
Auto Print Head Dipping System

During shutdown time, to protect the print head nozzles from drying, the carriage can be pushed
easily towards the right and parked in the capping station to keep it alwas wet.
Head Plate Height Adjustment

With a know, head plate height can be adjusted and maintain the constant height between print
heads and the media on the platen, to get best results without any variation
LED Lights for Printer Platen

Printers Platen (Bed) collocate with LED lights for easily check the test print and quality
Humanization Feeding System - 3 Feeding ways are Optional

1. Inserted media feeing (in 1 roller), 1 roller inserted media feeding is optional if users print
pictures in batches and have high demand for running media on mosaic picture
2. Deposited media feeding (on 2 rollers) 2 rollers deposited media feeding is optional if users
often change media or printing space is small
3. Dragging Media Feeding (on 3 Rollers) its improved from deposited media feeding, so it has
the advantage of 2 rollers of deposited media feeding. All these 3 rollers have motivity to
avoid the media skidding in rollers because of the whole gears moving.
4. Switching ON the auto button while printing and switching on to the hand buttom while
changing the media. Only one worker is needed to finish the job.
Individual Ink Purging

Individual ink purging for all 4 colors to save ink instead of flushing all colors when
one color got nozzle blockage
Auto Solvent Cleaning System (optional)

Different from Ink Purging Cleaning, it is cleaned by cleaning solution.
