SUBJECT: 03 DAYS TRAINING ON IDSR.

Reference: Letter No. DGHSS/(PH-Wing-JSI/(IDSR)/-13098/13108 Dated: 02-01-2023.

In the pursuance of reference letter above District Health Office Tando Muhammad
Khan in collaboration with USAID integrated Health System Strengthening and Services Delivery
Activity (IHS-SD) implemented by JSI, is organizing 03-days training in Integrated Disease
Surveillance and Response (IDSR). Objective of the training is strengthening District Surveillance
and Response to Departments Notified Diseases and Health Emergencies.

Following participants as per NIH recommendation has been selected for the subject training. (List
attached) You are therefore advised to ensure the participants listed in batch 1 on 13-15 February
2023 and batch 2 on 16-18 February to attend the subject training at Meeting Room of District
Office PPHI Tando M. Khan. The timing of training will be from 09:00 am to 5:00 pm. The per
diem and TA will be reimbursed to the participants as per Sindh Government Policy by JSI
through bank account. All the participants may be directed to bring the photo copy of valid CNIC
and photo copy of cheque book leaf containing 24 digits IBAN account number.
The DM PPHI Tando M Khan is further requested to please facilitate the JSI Sindh to
organize the training at his office.
