How to use this planner
1. Click 'FILE' and 'DOWNLOAD' this goal planner as an excel file to your computer. 2. Identify your ideal lifestyle 6 months, 2 years, 5 years down the track and note them in the GOALS column. 3. Identify who can help you with your goals (i.e. family members or professionals) in column C. 4. Identify what you can do to achieve your goals. Keep this high level in column D. 5. Breakdown the column D items into smaller actionable items in column E. These are LITERAL tasks that you can complete 6. Assign a REALISTIC deadline to your actionable items in column F. Ensure to add these deadlines to your calendar as well
