We are 2nd year students taking up a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management


and currently conducting a study titled "Unveiling the Service Management of Innovation in
the Tourism Industry towards Enhanced Tourist Experience and Satisfaction." The purpose
of this study is to assess the service management and satisfaction levels of the tourists at
Tanaw Farm & Resthouse and propose an action plan that will benefit the resort and the
tourists as well.

The researchers kindly ask for your cooperation and answer it in all honesty. By
