Banu Mukhtar Farms although a relatively recent venture started in 2018 has quickly made an impressive name
for itself in the agri industry of Pakistan. Greenhouse structures, hydroponic soil less growing systems and various
vegetable farming under a variety of protected environments is our speciality. We are currently operating 3 Farms

Our MEP department provides complete design

services for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural
and Process engineering disciplines. Our engineers
conduct precise engineering design services for new
and existing buildings that helps the client in visualizing
the entirety of his project from evaluating utilities
with energy impacts and operating costs to providing
construction documents.

Design of Pre-engineered steel buildings is done using

globally accredited software like MBS and STAAD-
pro to come up with the most optimized design that
translates into cost saving for the client. Detailing and
3D-modelling of these structures is done on software
like Tekla and AutoCAD to conceive the whole project.
Using these software, detailed shop drawings are
produced, and provided to the manufacturing teams,
and installation drawings are generated for building
erection at site. 3D drawings and models are also
provided to ensure smooth and flawless manufacturing
and erection processes without any ambiguity.

Kia Motors is one of the leading automakers
globally with a brand value of USD 7 billion. Kia
in collaboration with Lucky Group has taken the
initiative of establishing their manufacturing
plant in Port Qasim under the umbrella of Kia
Lucky Motors Pakistan Limited. The joint venture
aims to manufacture, assemble, market and
distribute Kia vehicles, parts and accessories
under license from Kia Motors Corporation.

Banu Mukhtar was awarded the construction

of this Green field plant with civil works and
steel roofing structure having a covered area of
around 650,000 sft. Kia Lucky Motors entrusted
Banu Mukhtar with delivering the project
within the tightly scheduled timelines and Banu
Mukhtar made the project successful owing to
its highly professional and dedicated team. The
project also presented the challenge of working
alongside erection and fabrication teams in
plastic paint shop and assembly shop due to
stringent timelines in order to complete the
project on desired time.
