Jamaican Hat Crochet Pattern

This document provides crochet patterns for two Jamaican-style hats: the Jamaican Hat and the Petra Hat. The Jamaican Hat pattern uses black, green, yellow and red yarn to create stripes. It includes instructions to make 21 dreadlock braids from brown wool yarn that are woven into the bottom of the hat. The Petra Hat pattern uses a main color along with color B for stripes. It has a button and color C band at the bottom. Both patterns start with rounds of triple crochet clusters separated by chains to shape the crown, then add single crochet rounds and finishing details.
