Abstract
This paper deals with stress and its biology, which is a majo
problem for students throughout the modern world. It outlines an

Stress is a significant problem of our times and affects both th
physical and mental health of people. The main objectives are t
ascertain the extent to which stress affects students’ academi
success and health and to suggest some techniques and practice
to cope with stress for students. Stress coping methods are th
physiological, cognitive, behavioral and psychological method
to deal with stress. The main method used has been to gather an
analyses the relevant data. For this purpose questionnaires abou
stress were randomly distributed to different student group
mostly at three Kazakhstani universities. The results obtaine
show that students need to be given effective techniques to cop
with stress while they are studying. After a thorough literatur
review in major databases stress management techniques wer
identified and are presented and briefly discussed here. Stress ca
be managed through the introduction of a stress managemen
course and engaging in extracurricular physical and menta
activities. These techniques are easy to learn and practice, wit
excellent results in individuals with sound health or even thos
with health issues. They are beneficial and very helpful for bot
students and teachers
