PARTNERSHIP DEED
THIS DEED OF PARTNERSHIP MADE AND EXECUTED ON

THIS 26th DAY OF AUGUST, 2021 AMONGST :-
1. Shri. Narender Singh Dangwal S/o Sh. Gulab Singh

Dangwal R/o- Street No - 2, Chanakyapuri colony,
Ajabpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001 (hereinafter
called the first party of the one part.)
AND
2. Shri Rohit Gulia S/o Late Sh. Anil Kumar R/o 93,
Neb Sarai, South Delhi, New Delhi 110068 (hereinafter
called the second party of the other part.)
WHEREAS THE PARTIES HERETO HAVE MUTALLY

DECIDED AND AGREED TO Carry on all or any of the
business of Telecom services(Broadband services) deal

with the business as may be conducted by Mutual Consent

during the continuance of the Partners in partnership under
the name & style. of M/s “BHAGIRATHI
COMMUNICATIONS”, at Street No - 2, Chanakyapuri
colony, Ajabpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001 from
26-08-2021 and now intend to have a deed of partnership as
evidence thereof.
WHEREAS TO AVOID AND FUTURE EVENTUALITY

THE PARTIES HERE TO have agreed in writing all the terms
and condition governing their mutual interest in the said
business as follows :-
1. That the Partnership shall be deemed to have been

commenced w.e.f. 26-08-2021.
2. That the name and Style of the firm shall be M/s

“BHAGIRATHI COMMUNICATIONS”, at Street No - 2,
Chanakyapuri colony, Ajabpur, Dehradun,
Uttarakhand 248001 and the business of
Telecommunication. or business as may be conducted
by Mutual Consent during the continuance of the
Partners.
3. That the partnership business shall be carried on at

Street No - 2, Chanakyapuri colony, Ajabpur,
Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001 or at such other place
or places as the partners shall determine from time to
time.
4. That the partners to this deed shall have equal share

i.e. 50:50 in the Profit and Losses of the firm.
5. That the partners to this deed shall be working

partners.

6. That partnership shall be Mutually decided and

terminable by both the partners with two months
notice in advance in writing to the other partner.
7. That none of the partner shall be entitled to dispose

off, transfer and in any other way alienate or part with
his share or interest in the Firm to any person other
than his legal heirs or nominee through will without
the consent of the other partner.
8. That the Firm shall have its Bank Accounts in Bank at

Dehradun or other places as per mutual consent of the
partners, as may be decided by them mutually from
time to time and shall be operated upon jointly by the
partners to this deed.
9. That annual general accounts shall be taken on 31

March each year of all the assets and liabilities of the
Firm after defraying all the chargeable expenses and
accounting for the income of the business any profit
and loss resulting therefore shall be credited or debited
as the case may be to the personal account of the
partners.
10. That on dissolution of the Firm, the business shall be

wound up and the assets and liabilities deals with in
accordance with the provision of the Indian
Partnership Act. 1932.
11. That all provisions of the Indian Partnership Act. 1932

shall apply unless otherwise mentioned here in above.
12. That all the parties shall take active part in carrying
out on the business of the firm and each partner shall
act for the common benefit.
13. That in case of amendment in any Act, Rules, Law etc.

if any governing this Partnership at a later date, the
said change may be adopted or revised by the parties,

may be recorded in a minute book maintained by this
Partnership Firm.
14. That change or revision in the Terms and Conditions

or policy matter shall be recorded in minute book
maintained for the purpose.

hands on this instrument on the day, month and year
aforementioned.
