With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we are please to submit our quotation
for aluminum works. Kindly find herewith our prices along with our terms and conditions.

Option 1: NON-FIRE RATED glazing curtain wall.

For the total amount SAR SAR 11,869,477.16 (Saudi Riyals Eleven Million, Eight
Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand, Four Hundred Seventy-Seven, and Sixteen Halalas only).

A. SCOPE OF WORKS:

Supply and installation of aluminum glazed Curtain walls, bi-folding doors, canopy
& skylight works for the above-mentioned project according to drawings, BOQ and
specifications required.

B. TECHNICAL FEATURES:

1. Aluminum:
 FWS 60 Fully capped Stick Curtain Wall system (thermalbreak).
 ADS 65 Aluminum hinged door thermally broken system (external).
 ADS 50 Aluminum hinged door thermally broken system (internal).

2. Gasket: selection is based on 28, 43.52 & 39.52 mm DGU with straight glazing
bead wherever applicable.

3. Finish: Super Durable polyester powder coating on interior parts and Hyper-
durable coating on exterior parts.

C. EXCLUSIONS:
 All other items not mentioned in the Bill of Quantity.
 Any Steel Structure
 Civil works, electrical works, mechanical works, and all works beyond our
standard.
 No steel sub frame for all doors & windows.
 Our price is based on the standard hardware, any additional Hardware
required like Panic Device, Card Readers, Door Closer are not included in
our offer
 Curve or bend glass
 Fire Rated works

D. CLIENTS OBLIGATION:
 Scaffoldings, water, Electricity needed free of cost from site management.
 Tower cranes for loading and unloading of materials, mobile cranes
scaffoldings,
 landing platforms, access equipment and man lifts should be provided as
per necessity Power for our tools and equipment, furthermore.

 Site Office(s), secured lockable storage area(s) and any other temporary
structures deemed necessary for the execution of the work at site such as
Water, W/C(s), Ablutions, and Mosque(s) etc.
 Gate passes solely for ALFA-TECH usage to be provided, if required.

E. SPECIAL NOTES:
 Our offer is based on the client’s preliminary submitted design drawings
provided to us. However, any changes like modification, deviation in size,
shape, quantity and specification shall be accounted for accordingly.
 All curtain wall openings were assumed to have an intermediate slab
support for mullion joint and fixation, in case where structure is
unsupported in between where in additional structural support is required
and necessary, an additional variation amount shall be applied.
 All quantities are subject to re-measurement at site.

F. B.O.Q:
 As per attached list, you have submitted.

G. PAYMENT TERMS:
 Based on mutual agreement.

H. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION:

 Delivery to be agreed mutually.

I. VALIDITY PERIOD:
 30 days from the above date.

J. WARRANTY:

1. GLASS:
20 years against glass breakage including from nickel sulphide inclusions.

2. Aluminum Powder Coating:

20 Year of warranty for Powder coated parts from color changing or getting paled.

3. Aluminum System:

20 years for the Failure of the system to meet performance requirements, including water
penetration, air infiltration and or structural failure of components resulting
from forces within the specified limits.

This commercial information shall be considered as integral part of this and any future
agreement.
