    REASONS FOR REFUSAL

    You have applied for a visa to visit the UK.


    In deciding whether you meet the requirements of Appendix V: Visitor of the Immigration
    Rules (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-v-visitor),
    I have considered:
    • your application and any additional relevant information you have provided with it
    • your immigration history

    The decision
    • I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you
    meet the requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 of Appendix V: Visitor because:
    • You wish to travel to the United Kingdom for 5 days tourism. You state that you are a
    student and that you have no additional sources of income. You also state that your
    father will be paying 177,227 ALL (£1,500 where £1=118.151 ALL as per Oanda.com on
    12/08/2023) towards the cost of your visit.
    • Whilst I acknowledge that you have submitted several documents in support of your
    application, I note that the information provided in support of your application does not
    demonstrate the income or finances of any close family members in your country of
    residence who may be supporting you financially. The information provided in support of
    your application therefore does not establish your financial circumstances to be as
    declared or establish how you are supported in your country of
    residence. Furthermore, you have stated that you are student with outgoings
    of 15,359.60 ALL (£130) per month. However, from the supporting information and
    documents submitted there is no demonstration of your own personal or financial
    circumstances for me to be satisfied that you will return from the UK after your intended
    visit. As a result, I am not satisfied you have presented an accurate picture of your
    current personal or financial circumstances in your home country. You have also
    provided a bank statement in your sponsor's name which shows a closing balance of
    48,982.41 ALL (£401.462) on 01/06/2023. You have not demonstrated that your sponsor
    has any additional funds available to them to cover the cost of your trip. I am therefore
    not satisfied that your sponsor can and will provide you with support for the intended
    duration of your stay. The information provided in support of your application therefore
    does not establish your circumstances to be as declared. In addition to this, you have
    submitted a Family Registration Certificate, which demonstrates your family have been
    registered in your home country. However this document in isolation does not
    demonstrate the residence of family members in your home country and therefore does
    not satisfy me of their current location. The documents you have provided to support
    your application, do not demonstrate that you have any other immediate family members
    in your country of residence or anywhere else and therefore I am not satisfied that you
    have substantial familial ties outside of the UK to ensure you will leave at the end of your
    proposed visit.
    • I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted
    under the visitor route and that you will leave the UK at the end of your visit or that your
    sponsor can and will provide support to you for the intended duration of your stay. Your
    application is therefore refused under paragraph V 4.2 (a) and (c) and V4.3 (c) of the
    Immigration Rules.
