Basic adjustment of the torque screw (power setting of the engine)

Slacken counternut, turn out torque screw by 2 turns


Connect engine rpm gauge, start the engine, fully accelerate, 2,600 min-1
Turn in screw until the engine decreases by 50 min-1
Stop accelerating, engine must stop
Turn out torque screw by 2.8 turns again, so the correct engine power is set.

− Let escape the excess pressure of the hydraulic oil tank (open the ventilation filter)
− Connect a vacuum pump instead of the ventilation filter, create vacuum
− Turn up the bellow 4 at the pilot-operated valve
− Unscrew the handle 3 together with the cardan joint 7 and the remaining parts
− Pull the leaking tappet set 8 out of the housing
− Check the seat surface in the housing 6 for scratches, damage, etc
− Press in the new tappet set 8
− Remaining assembly analogous (lever must nearly be free from play, if need be, readjust pressure
