    Mandatory Units: Group A

    The apprentice must complete all six units from the following:

    documentation
    AUEC3-003 Working efficiently and effectively in advanced 42 K/615/3999
    manufacturing and engineering
    AUEC3-004 Handing over and confirming completion of 100 L/508/4827
    maintenance activities
    AUEC3-005 Carrying out fault diagnosis on engineered 530 R/508/4828
    systems
    AUEC3-006 Carrying out preventative planned maintenance 380 Y/508/4829
    on engineered systems

    Optional Units: Group B


    The apprentice must complete one unit from the following:

    Optional Units: Group C
    The apprentice must complete three units from the following:

    Note: the three optional units are a minimum requirement, therefore employers may require
    their learners to achieve more units to meet their specific business needs.

    Whichever unit the learner selects from Group B cannot be selected from Group C.
