August 7, 2023 This is the first day of our duty and we are so
blessed in having a School Based In-Service
Training on Test Construction and Table of
Specification.
I have several learnings that I believe to be
my asset in my development in Professional
aspect towards my duty as an Educator.
In this training I learned those General
guidelines in Constructing a Good test
Questions, the importance of validity and
reliability, the KPU paradox, SJT and many
more.
We have done also a group work that
involves collaboration, it helps us develop
the interpersonal skills. During the activity,
we did a brain storming specifically in the
KWL chart. Wherein we've indated what
things we have already known (K), things that
we want to know (W), amd lastly the most
important is what we learn (L). After the
activity been done, it's an honor for me to
present our output.
Generally I can say that during this day
We,the Faculty od Busco Academy Multi-
Purpose Cooperative has accomplished
something, and that is by equipping our
selves with the knowledge on how to
effectively create a test questions and TOS
which are mainly the Objective of the said
training

August 8, 2023 This is the 2nd day of our duty. During this
day I serve as the masters of ceremony for
the event Which is the "Teachers Orientation
on School forms, COT and Coordinatorship".

There are several Accomplishments


happened during this day.
1.We've been enlighten on our task as
teachers, refreshed the Code of Ethics for
Professional Teacher
2. We also have our pledge of commitment
towards our responsibility.
3. We been also oriented on the policies and
the schedule, also the benefits we will get.
4. We are so thankful after this day because
we feel that we are nkw ready to sail the
boat towards the Island of learning which we
are aiming to reach.

August 9, 2023 3rd day of duty, This is scheduled Re-Echo on


the In-Service Training that we've attened
last June 17-19, 2023. We are assigned to
discuss the topics being discussed.
Topics covered :
1. VUCA WORLD
2. Intradisciplinary, multidisciplinary,
interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary, cross
disciplinary Performance Task.

3. Learning Loss
4. Four exits of K+12 curriculum..

This is also the day that our principal


dessiminate the following forms to be
accomplished.
Namely:
