Terms and conditions of booking tickets:

1. Catering Service is not available and catering charges not included in the fare.
2. No blanket and linen shall be provided in the train.
3. All passengers are hereby informed that downloading of Aarogya Setu App on their mobile phone, that they are carrying along, is
mandatory.

Cancellations:

a. To cancel the ticket, open Confirmtkt app or website, go to Profile -> Your Orders, locate the booking, choose the traveller and click on
Cancel button.
b. Partial cancellations are allowed and are subject to IRCTC rules and regulations.
c. e-Tickets can be cancelled on Confirmtkt till chart preparation of the train. For trains starting upto 12 noon, the chart is usually
prepared on the previous night. (Note: the chart preparation time is the time of the reservation chart preparation from the train's
originating station or from the previous chart preparation station)
d. e-Ticket cancellation after charting is not allowed. In such cases, you are advised to file TDR by contacting Confirmtkt customer care
with order/PNR/IRCTC transactions details or send an email directly to etickets@irctc.co.in with the following details:

e. IRCTC service charges, Confirmtkt service charges and Payment Gateway fees levied during booking are non-refundable.
f. Confirmtkt or IRCTC does not levy any additional service charge to process cancellation requests.

Cancellation and TDR Policy:

IRCTC Cancellation Policy
b. If a confirmed ticket is cancelled more than 48 hrs before the scheduled departure of the train, flat cancellation charges as mentioned
below shall be deducted:

Class Flat Charges (per traveller)

AC First Class/Executive Class ₹ 240

AC 2 Tier/First Class ₹ 200

AC 3 Tier/AC Chair car/ AC 3 Economy ₹ 180

Sleeper Class ₹ 120

Second Class ₹ 60

c. Cancellation charges shall be 25% of the fare subject to the minimum flat rate mentioned in the above clause if a confirmed ticket is
cancelled within 48 hrs and upto 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the train.
d. Cancellation charges shall be 50% of the fare subject to the minimum cancellation charges if a confirmed ticket is cancelled less than
12 hours and upto 4 hours before the scheduled departure of the train up to chart preparation (which is earlier).

Cancellation of tatkal e-tickets:

No refund will be granted on cancellation of confirmed Tatkal tickets. For contingent cancellation and waitlisted Tatkal ticket
cancellations, charges will be deducted as per existing Railway rules. Partial cancellation of Tatkal e-tickets is allowed.

Cancellation of e-tickets in case of train cancellations:

If the train is marked as "CANCELLED" in PRS due to breaches, floods, accidents etc. full refund is permissible in case the ticket is
cancelled within three days of the scheduled departure of the train. In case of e-tickets, such cancellations can be done by the customer
on Confirmtkt.
