Points to remember:
• Always keep your eyes closed and your tongue touching the roof of your
mouth during the entire meditation exercise.
• Each meditation is traditionally practiced for 108 consecutive days before
moving on to the next.
• The moving meditation portion of each meditation is repeated 18 times to
complete 1 cycle of the meditation.
• Don’t forget the full-inhale and the full-exhale after each of the breath
percentages.
• Take three full breaths to start and three full breaths to end the meditations.
01. Child Praying to the Goddess of Mercy
• Three full breaths to start
• Exhale 90%
• Exhale 80%
• Exhale 40%
• Then breathe normally while doing the movements
• Repeat 18 times (18 times = 1 Full Cycle of this Meditation)
• Three full breaths to end the meditation
