SEAL OIL START UP – 1

NO ALARM IN SYSTEM-

VACCUM PUMP RUN (AUTO) MKW11 AN (001 &002) -

AC SEAL OIL PUMP RUN (AUTO) MKW 22AP001KP(01&02)-

SEAL OIL VAPOUR EXTRACTOR RUN (AUTO) 20MKW13AN001-

ALL VALVES IN AUTOMODE (CHECK)-

SEAL OIL PRESSURE DISCHARGE FROM PUMP (8.5 BAR)- LOW ALARM( 6.5 BAR) -

ΔP >250 MBAR ALARM NORMAL OPERATION ΔP=500 MBAR H : SEAL OIL-

FG01 : PUT IN AUTO MODE – 2

AC LUBE OIL RUN (MAV21AP(021, 022))-

OIL TANK GAS EXTRACTOR RUN (20MAV02AN(001 &002))-

EMERGANCY LUBE OIL TEST AUTO EVERY 12 HOUR AT START UP TEST AUTO AND -
OPERATOR STOP IT MANUALLY

JACKING OIL RUN (AUTO) (MAV50AP(001&002)) P =285 BAR (IT STOP AT 2700 RPM) -

TURNING GEAR MOTOR RUN (MAK80AEOO1) START-

T/G ENGAGE SOLENOID VALVE ENERGIZE

WE HAVE STEAM TURBINE IN TURNING GEAR MODE ( 1.3 ~ 1.5 ) RPM-

: FG03 – 3

TURBINE DRAINS (AUTO-OPEN)-

FG04 : SEAL STEAM – 4

SHEECK ALL VALVES IN AUTO MODE WE HAVE STEAM PRESURE FROM HRSG-

AUTO RUN (T > 20 C OVER HEATED & P > 10 BAR)

MAW01 AA001 OPEN (AUX SEAL STEAM MOT VALVE)

MAW10 AA011 OPEN (INLET SEAL STEAM CONROL VALVE)

MAW30 AN(001&002) RUN (SEAL STEAM CONDENSER) EXTRACTOR


WE CAN CLOSE VACCUM BREAKER VAVE (MAC10 AA021) MANUAL THEN PUT IT ON AUTO
MODE

MAW15 AA011 CONTROL STEAM TEMP 200 C ATTEMPERATOR & MAW15 AA012 CONTROL (
)STEAM PRESS 50 MBAR

: ACC STARTING

WAIT UNTIL STEAM SEAL >25MBAR

SREAM SEAL TEMP > 120 C

START ACC START UP SEQUANCE WE SHOULD HAVE ( AT LEAST ONE DRAIN POT PUMP AUTO
& 30 OF 35 ACC FAN IN AUTO)

CHECK : DEARATOR (CONDENSATE COLLECTION TANK) BLOWER MOTOR IN AUTO

VACCUM SYSTEM MAJ01 AA101 START UP VALVE OPEN

VACCUM PUMP START AUTO (MAJ83 AP001 & MAJ81 AP001& MAJ82AP001 )

WAIT UNTIL VACCUM REACH ABOUT 150 MBAR

ONE OF VACCUM PUMP WILL STOP START UP VALVE CLOSE AND PERMISSIVE TO RESET BY
PASS

FG05 : HYDRAULIC OIL AUTO

MAX 11 AP (001 &002) RUN (AFTER BY PASS OPERATION AND BEFORE TURBINE RESET)

RESET BY PASS

START OPEN HP / LP BYPASS MANUALLY FOR FIRST HRSG CO-ORDINATE WITH HRSG TEAM

TO REATCH (HP BYPASS INLET PRESSURE 55 BAR & LP BYPASS INLET PRESSURE 5.5 BAR)

PUT BY PASS AUTO – CASCADE – SLIDING

THE SECAND HRSG BY PASS AT 2-3 BAR INLET PRESSURE WE CAN RESET AND PUT IN AUTO –
CASCADE – SLIDING (SAME FORE THE OTHER HRSG)

AT BY PASS OPERATION WE NEED TO REATCH STEAM QUALITY

P = 55 BAR T = 425 C (COLD-WARM/COLD – WARM - HOT)

FG05 : HYDRALIC RUN

RESET TURBINE TRIP TO START ROLLING (AT LEAST 2 HRSG IN OPERATION)

WE OPEN 501 VAVE HRSG & 052 DRAIN


STEAM TEMP

C COLD 360-380

C WARM 425

HOT 490-500

START FROM START UP SEQUANCE (AUTO) OR TRIP RESET ENERGIZE S90

AND OPEN STOP AND CONTROL VALVE OF HO TURBINE

PUT SET SPEED 3000RPM

THEN START

AT 2700 RPM GEAR MAIN LUBE OIL PUMP START

SYNCHRONIZING

EXCITER RUN AUTO AT 2950 RPM

BAC01 GS 100 SYNCH PERM BRK SELECT

SYNCH MODE SELECTION (AUTO)

START SYNCH

LOAD

% SET 100

RSE PUT LOAD GRADIENT (AUTO)

AT LOAD > 53 MW HP CONTROL ON

HP INLET PRESSURE > 30 BARG LP PRESSURE CONTROL ON
