● Treat patients according as prescribed by a medical, doctor, follow the schedule time for each and record daily on the patient’s charts.
Treatment includes the application of therapeutic exercises, the use of mechanical apparatus of the therapeutic massage, and electrical
modalities such as : short wave, diathermy infra and rod lamp, whirlpool bath ultrasonic, paraffin both ultra violet nerve injuries fractures,
discoloration, arthritis, paraplegics and hemiplegics, perform music testing and joint motion test to provide the physicians a basic upon the
prescribed plan and evaluates treatment procedures and progress of the patients.
● Instructs patients and relatives of patients’ treatment that can be done at home. Provide home treatment to all patients in the clinics.
● Refer to the supervisor, physical therapy section for any problem or difficulty in the application of certain treatment on the interpretation of
the diagnosis procedures.
● Records periodically the progress of the patients on the progress note provided and refer to the supervisor for any doubts in the interpretation
of the diagnosis procedures.
● Responsible in the checking such and physical therapy modalities and apparatus to ensure that they are working condition and report
immediately to the chief for any disorder for appropriate action.
