19 For Mechanical Works For mechanical works (fabrication, assemble,

erection, installation etc.), the subcontractor
shall be enlisted as a pipeline contractor with
Petrobangla and/or any of its subsidiary
company under category 1.4 and shall have
experience shall have experience of con-
struction of at least 4 Km long 30” or above
outer diameter high pressure (above 300
psig) cross-country gas transmission pipeline
in a single Project as proprietor/ subcontrac-
tor/ partner of JVCA within the last 10 (ten)
years.

ISO 45001 certificates as optional.

20 For Civil Works Enlistment certificates for class-1 category

with Public Works Department (PWD) of the
Government of Bangladesh or of equivalent
category with any other Government, Semi
Government/Autonomous bodies during last
five years.

21 For Electrical Works ABC license from the Electrical Licensing

Board of the Government of Bangladesh dur-
ing last five years.
