Duties and Responsibilities


 Implementation of safety programs as per company procedure.
 Preparation of HSE Plan and preparation of HIRA (Hazards identification and Risk
Assessment).
 Preparation and submission of weekly HSE reports to COMPANY PM along with HSE
statistics, medical / incident reports and performance rating.
 Preparation and submission of monthly HSE statistics report to COMPANY PM and
Client.
 Briefing to employees about the risk assessment, preparing emergency response
plan, emergency evacuation plan, and checking all safety aspects.
 Verification of all HSE related records including internal/external trainings,
certifications, tool box talk records, daily observation records and close outs on
weekly basis.
 Approve work permits in process areas, hot work, Confined space, Electrical
isolation. LOTO (Log out Tag Out) and Radiography permits) after checking
preparations and precautions (including using Gas Detectors, supervise critical
activities, including confined space entry.
 Review of minutes of meeting submitted by CONTRACTOR on weekly basis to the
Client.
 Weekly joint inspection at site by Contractor PM, CM, HSE Manager, Project
Engineer and Site Engineer with Consultant and client.
 Daily inspections on need basis at concerned areas of the Project.
 Inspection of all heavy equipment’s & plant on need basis.
 Coordination of HSE Award functions at site.
